What a palace.and what a welcome. Well trained staff. Mr Nimesh Mathur the manager of the palace was efficient and quickly solved problems if there were any. It is one of the best of all real palaces in india.we had booked with half board through Trip.com at a very attractive rate. And the food particularly Rajasthani food was very tasty.the main dining hall called SWARN MAHAL was just fabulous.

The palace is beautiful and the rooms are exceptional, you feel like you've been taken back in time and are part of the royal family BUT the best part was the way the staff treat you here. You really feel like royalty. We would like to say a big Thankyou to Joshua, Amisha and Anjali from front office, Shambhu Singh from Housekeeping, Vikram from Rajput and Nayonika and another lady whose name I forgot (who served us on the 30th) from Suvarna Mahal. Each of them went yards forward to make us feel special and have the most memorable time ever. Thankyou again.

The whole palace glittered in holiday lights and was magical from our first view. They decorated a in true winter/holiday wonderland style with activities for all ages, and incredible entertainment. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive and we had particularly great experiences with Karan and Manish. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here. A beautiful location with many things to see and enjoy. Amazing service throughout especially at the restaurant. A special thanks to Prem Bhati, Praveen, Kuldeep and Mr Mahipal who were very welcoming and provided excellent service.
