Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, it was very good, but the only regrets were that the towels were collected on the second day but were not replaced with new ones, and that the refrigerator could not be used.
However, everything else was very good. The interior was nice and clean, and the morning of the second day had to be around 5:30 a.m., so they prepared breakfast for me to take out and even made me coffee. I did.

Stayed at The Lalit visiting from USA for a family wedding, and found this hotel top notch with service, amenities and cleanliness. Morning breakfast was something to come back again and again. I will visit this location again when I am coming back to Jaipur.

Room is not clean and furniture is broken and even outdated. Romm service is poor and it takes 1 hours to come. We returned 3 bottle due to late service. Phone service is poor if someone need urgent assistance then impossible

We had booked a room for 2. We got a smelly room with no proper lighting. The service there is absolutely pathetic. We had called for a birthday cake surprise which they did not do stating their employee didn’t give proper handover to next person. We requested for surprise which was no more a surprise. The service was absolutely pathetic. No coordination between any of the service people.

Staffs were very rude and lethargic. They are least bothered about travellers concern. I asked for water four times and nobody turned up.
