We had an amazing 3 night stay at Shiv Vilas. Right from the welcome to departure we were treated like royals. Special mention to Mr Nitesh who took special care of us and Ankit from the restaurant who was right there at our service. We had a super palacial stay at the resort❤️

The staff is so amazing and friendly. Rakesh and Ankit is super attentive and I feel like a Maharani in the opulent ambience. When you arrive they will welcome you with a garland. The staff speaks English which makes it easier to communicate.

Such a warm and amazing experience getting married at this beautiful venue! Everyone right from sales team to the food and hospitality team were outstanding and catered very well to our guests’ needs and beyond. Highly recommend if you are planning on hosting any event in Jaipur area. Thank you to all these staff members and anyone else we missed! Great experience. Hotel is large and the hospitality is great. There’s a lot of staff to take care of you. The food was also nice. The breakfast was fantastic and Ankit, Saurabh, Opu and their team served us 10+ dishes of amazing varied Indian cuisine. The dinner was very tasty and there was a performance on just for us. Rooms are a bit older and smaller, but still nice. The A/C gets a bit cold but not a big deal.

The breakfast was a stand-out experience. The hospitality of Ankit, Saurav, Oppu was superb. They served us more Indian dishes than we could count and were very attentive to us, we felt very well looked after. In general the hospitality has been fantastic, we were even upgraded to a bigger room free of charge!

The property is good but not for Corporate only for destination marriages. Shiv Vilas does not meet the corporate standards. They lacks basic infra like table chairs which are of sub standard. Needs to pay more attention on surrounding house keeping.

Great location and great venue for a wedding. Ankit in food service was great. He was very attentive. I feel staff should still be trained in English though so that the communication is more easier for us as foreigners. Overall great experience though!

Shiv Villas was overall a great experience. The Staff were very helpful. Ankit made sure we had everything we needed. The property was stunning however the WiFi wasn’t the best. Great for a wedding and a overall relaxing experience. The hotel is 30min or so outside of the city.

If you come for the beautiful grounds and palace aesthetic you will be very happy. 😃 If you come expecting 1) working internet/wifi 2) functioning lights in your room or 3) a room card that actually allows you to enter your room — you will be VERY disappointed 😔 The WiFi truly does not work at all so don’t plan to work here. The key cards stop working every few hours so you need to keep returning back to hospitality. We gave multiple calls to have our room cleaned and our towels replaced and the help never came. The AC is either on or off, you can’t control the temperature at all. I gave 4 stars because I enjoyed the grounds and the views and still had fun. But for a luxury experience - this left a lot to be desired.
