Quiet, hidden gem in busy Jaco.
This property is a hidden gem! It's a sprawling complex with several pools, and beautifully kept grounds. The rooms are a nice size with decent amenities. The hotel backs right onto the beach. You can easily walk to town and all the restaurants, shops and activities.
The only downside is that the structure has been allowed to deteriorate. Nothing is awful, but it feels like they haven't been doing building maintenance. If the staff would drop the lawnmowers and pick up a paintbrush one or two days a week, the place would be amazing.

Hotel is definitely not a high star fancy hotel. Bathrooms were super outdated. The bar was always closed. No breakfast offered. Seemed like a lonely ghost hotel. Parking was a great and I felt safe most importantly in spite of NOT seeing any security.

Resort ist wirklich sehr schön, es gibt verschiedene Pools, und Pavillons um draussen zu sitzen und zu essen. Das Resort liegt direkt am Meer und ist gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Von Jaco aus ist es circa 10min zu Fuss entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig gewesen und man verfügt über einen eigenen Kühlschrank. Man darf aber auch essen ins Zimmer bestellen. Die Surflektionen waren mit im Preis inbegriffen. Achtung pro Zimmer nur eine Stunde (gilt auch für ein Doppelzimmer). Aber total empfehlenswert. Wir haben super viel gelernt und unser Surflehrer war sehr nett.

the property was nice right by the beach nice pools no refrigerator. ******* has the property listed wrong it is actually beach break resort if you are trying to find it on waze or google maps

Don't Waste Your Money! I arrived early and was charged a fee for what I thought was an early check in fee then I still had to wait until the 2:00 check in time? When I finally got to the room there were no towels so I went to the desk and given 1 towel. The property was very noisy, No Bar as advertised on *******, No Restaurant, No Refrigerator or access to ice for cooler, there is very little within walking distance. Completely outdated rooms in poor condition, toilet handle falling off, shower door would not close, broken and missing tile in the bathroom.
The young lady at the front desk was very nice however unfortunately I had to leave the country a day early and was told she would discuss a 1 night refund with the manager and get back to me and I have yet to hear back from anyone? I recommend that you DO NOT stay at this property!

No restaurant, No breakfast, No bar, No refrigerator or ice, far from town. Limited front desk hours, this property is old and past its prime! I was early and was charged a fee for what I thought was for early check in however I had to wait until 2:00. Once I finally got to the room there were no towels so I went to the front desk and was given one old looking towel and sent on my way. The bathroom was in poor condition with broken and missing tiles, toilet handle broken and shower door wouldn’t shut completely. I strongly suggest you keep looking for a better place in a better location!
