If I could LIVE in the hotel, I would!! Hotel beds are typically awful, but our bed was absolutely amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, I was immediately comfortable and at ease. I cannot recommend this facility enough. The best hotel stay I’ve ever had!

I chose the AC on a Texas to South Carolina road trip based on very positive early reviews. The hotel location is absolutely fantastic... just a short walk to a ton of great shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly, very welcoming, and efficient. Since the hotel is basically new, the room looked as if I was the very first guest. Parking was easy, the bar area was attractive, and people were enjoying the pool. And for what I paid, it was a stellar value. Highly recommended if staying in the Jacksonville area!

First time at an AC hotel , and definitely won’t be our last. Used our points in the room. Brand new hotel. Beautiful lobby, rooms, comfortable bed, pool with a water feature. Just relaxing all the way around. Kind of in the middle of a restaurant and shopping scene. The best part was the professional staff we encountered. We will be back in Jax in February and plan on staying here.
