I loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff is eager to please and ever so helpful. You were never another when you had a question and they were so happy to assist you in whatever way they possibly could. Our room was well appointed and I loved that there was a water closet and it was separate from the shower. So someone could be showering, someone could be using the water closet and one person could be at the mirror getting ready, There were only two of us in the room but there would have been plenty of space for 3 people to be getting ready in our room at the same time. The snacks stations in the hallway on each floor were a nice touch. We had used Valley parking upon the day of our arrival and after that we were easily able to find street parking around the back, on the street by where the entrance to the garage and valet parking was located. So we were not inconvenienced at all. This is a very welcoming and refreshing place to stay while in Jackson Hole. I would definitely stay there again when in the area.

The only motel that stayed in the entire journey, the main rating is good, so the adventure experience is better than the imagination. The room is convenient to use and the decoration is relatively new. The only drawback is that the sound is not good and the sound is very bad. The price is OK, but the experience will be fine once and you should not stay at the motel again.

We stayed one night in a loft room which was a great BIG room but it had the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room. If you had two people (like trying to give a child a bath) you would have to either keep the door open or one person would have to stand in the bath while the second person came in in order to close the door. It was strange for how big the rest of the room was. Be advised all loft rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. They did have a coin operated laundry, only two and one of the dryers was out of service. Had to wait for a hotel employee to finish his laundry before I could use dryer. Nice breakfast only 6:30 - 9:30am. Comfortable beds, clean. Not really close to main square but it is walking distance (little over 1/2 mile). TV would blink to black screen while watching then would come back which was annoying. No no commercial channel (like movie channels) option for TV. Front desk staff were friendly. Really LOUD housekeepers yelling back and forth to each other on deck outside room early in the morning, so much for sleeping in. The hotel lobby is really pretty/nice but expected more for the really expensive price.

The hotel is in the form of a resort, in good condition, in the town, no breakfast, you can eat in the town. Next to the hotel is the cableway, which is taken to the top of the snow to see the scenery. On the day of the trip, the town was engaged in activities. Many local families came out to set up stalls. Unfortunately, they had to leave and failed to participate. Parking is free. The second photo is in the middle of the semicircle.

Our room was in excellent condition and very modern. From the outside, the property looks very rustic and average, but the rooms themselves are more like 3-4 star accommodations. Had breakfast twice at the hotel restaurant and was not disappointed. Pancakes are huge!

The rooms are not very big, and the health is ok. There are many bear-style decorations in the shop, which are considered to be very good hotels in the local area. The breakfast is pure western style, and the quality is good.

Look 5 stars for the Tram and the hike. The waffle place at the top is a joke. Where I come from a Belgian waffle is big. No, not even close. If you want a waffle, then go to Waffle House, or IHOP, this was a huge ripoff and by the way, no utensils, eat your waffle with your fingers. Eat breakfast before you get there and save your money on this. Bring snake for the hike and remember you have to come back up.

We stayed here for a week. Highly recommend! Food is amazing, staff is pleasant and accommodating. Perfect location. What made our trip perfect was Mariah at Concierge. She didn't miss a beat and all her recommendations were on point! She booked all our excursions as well as dinner reservations. We booked a private tour of Yellowstone with Alex at Wildlife Tours and he was exceptional!! Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Steve from Country Wildlife with the Sunrise Tour was also exceptional. Would come back!

Outstanding
Hotel Jackson exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptional, very attentive and courteous. They went out of their way to make my stay pleasurable. The room and hotel were very clean and well appointed. The concierge was extremely helpful before we arrived and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and dining.
ZZ AllenLoved everything about this hotel! The breakfast options were awesome. I made so many waffles :) the walking distance to town was close too. The ski resort was near my window and got to see the fireworks pretty close on New Years Eve. Super friendly staff at the desk and at the breakfast corner. The room was spacious and had a great seating area and lovely bathroom. Overall loved my stay! The parking in the front was convenient too. Free and covered. I would definitely book here again :)
Location is the Key!!! Perfect Hotel to spend your time in Jackson Hole!!! Walking distance to everything! Private Gated Parking Lot one block away. Beds and Pillows were Awesome ! Room was a Double Queen with lots a room and the Shower was Great! Our room was Spotless. We ate dinner at the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill it was Excellent and not overpriced at all. We also ate at the Million Dollar Cowboy Steakhouse ( for my 60th ) my wife had a steak and I had Trout and it was Amazing Great Service in a Awesome space again not overpriced. If I make back to Jackson Hole I'm staying at The Wort Hotel!!
灰灰灰灰的小管家I have stayed at three hotels in Jackson and Teton Village. This is a good rule, but it is still good. The grade is a four-star class, the room is large, there is extra space for entering the door. Toilet sliding door, two sinks. There is also a large bathtub, which is not very clean but actually clean. The things in the hotel are basically charged, including the bear on the bed. But the bed is very comfortable and big. If you go skiing, this hotel is good. If you go to Jackson, it is recommended to stay in Jackson’s Twilight Parrot Hotel. It’s not much, but the service is better.
GGuest UserWe were looking for a hotel to stay at last-minute for just one night during a fall visit to Jackson. We found the cowboy village online and chose it because it looked decent and was about $100 cheaper than some of the similarly rated hotels. It was exactly what we expected. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The furniture and carpet were kind of tired, but unstained. The bed was squishy, but fine for a night. And it is located within an easy walk of downtown Jackson. We'd definitely recommend for someone needing a less-expensive option for a short stay in Jackson.
GGuest UserWe made a last minute visit and found this hotel online. We loved the proximity to Jackson Holes city center which was a few minutes walk away. It is also on the main road to head to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park. We stayed for two nights, we ended up getting a larger room for the second night because we had another family member join us. Both rooms were clean with all the amenities and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and friendly, two that stand out were James in housekeeping and Price at the front desk.
GGuest UserHorrible... keys don't work EVERY DAY and the gentleman downstairs (said his name is Craig) on Monday at 7pm-7:45pm is very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful... we had to visit the front desk many times a day because of this issue.... have been staying in Hilton since 25 years ago but never like this in fact. Digital key? Doesn’t work, physical card keys? None of them work (we initially got 2). This is ok. We just need to visit the front desk for help as the Hilton app suggests , right? Wrong!! First, no one was there at the front desk on Monday at 7pm when I first approached. Imagine after a whole day of trails and no one was there to help. Then after trying all my keys again and again running up and down (none of them work), I went to the side of the front desk shouting many times “I need help!” Eventually there was this guy coming out from a secret room to the front desk. This was where the whole nightmare started. Very rude. Very rude when a customer is asking for help many times in person but is ignored. It has nothing to do with my profession or the room rate (expensive, being $800 or $900 a night). It has a lot to do with his attitude when their system is broken or at the very least bothering customers to run up and down like this. They should try that 10+ times for trying to get into own rooms then being treated by this guy like this! . Horrible. How many times did I tell the guy, ”I need help”? More than 3 times probably. But , he just kept ignoring and questioning me back with do you need help?? how many times did he question me back, ”Do you need help? ” maybe 3? 5 times? I’m already showing the cell phone screen!! Of course we needed help! Or why would I be at the front desk? ; Then, how many times did I try to pass the guy the Useless key card but got ignored ? 4? 5? Better check that video recording! lol. Maybe their management can see and count better. What’s worse, with his unwillingness to help, the digital key was still not working after I left the front desk … but only shortly. I had to come back again since it was still not working!! … geez very good workout after a tiring day. Then, even after I showed him my cell phone screen (saying no work, contact front desk) and told him, “this is not funny” , he kept saying many times “do you have a problem?” “What’s your problem?” WOW , this is so unprofessional to its extreme. What really surprised me was his attitude. Seriously, thinking back, maybe it should be me asking, “What is your problem??” Guess what? The digital key still didn’t work after him saying he fixed it, sending another code whatever. Next morning, no, still didn’t work. But this front desk person’s ill-mannered attitude is what really pisses me off. To be fair, the room is okay and other staff members are nice. But if factor in how you may be treated rudely like this with a small issue of malfunctioning keys … I guess I’m only glad that I advised my friends to stay at a different place for this trip.
XXIAOMINGThis hotel is a motel, which is really chosen to save travel costs. The entrance is right by the bed, and there is less space between the two beds. But this hotel has a relatively large special feature is that all the supporting facilities are complete and more sophisticated. A self-driving car can be placed in a parking space just outside the door of the room. As for the low breakfast requirements, you can still fill your stomach.
GGuest UserWe got to the hotel a little early n let us check in. The hotel was an ideal place to stay. The hotel was clean n the rooms were nice. The carpeting needed updating in the rooms which would make it brighter n hallway should have the carpet removed w plank flooring. Everyday around 5 they have free popcorn n tea n cookies. They had a bad rain storm n they let some of the bikers get out of the elements under the canopy. . This was very thoughtful! Yes I would stay again. Breakfast was great.
