The beautiful place has done a 360 turnaround with its customer service. The staff were warm and pleasant, went above and beyond to make my stay very memorable, the food was delicious and the amenities were very satisfactory. The room was clean and with much improved maintenance from my last stay. Will be returning to the same hotel anytime I touch down in Abuja. Highly recommended

Unpleasant experiences ,customer service was awful. The front desk staff have to ask the manger before any of your complaints, issues will be sorted out.the chain of command in the hotel does not seems to exist, it looks like a one man show running the hotel.I hope they change for the better.

It's not bad. It's okay for a business trip.
