They lacked etiquette and I truly feel they need serious lessons in hospitality. They need to shed their ' We dont care' attitude'. Furthermore, the facilities promised on their website were either unavailable or not as advertised. The swimming pool was not properly maintained and had a murky appearance, making it unappealing for use. There was moss all over the pool floor. The recreational activities mentioned were not well-organized or properly maintained. The value for money was not justified, and I felt disappointed with the overall experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a quality and memorable experience.
