The property has no great view. Rooms are dampened. Service is slow.

Coming to jabalpur for the first time ever, the stay was surprisingly pleasant as we did not have much expectations. The hotel is a heritage property with perfect location and proximity to airport, landmarks and all. The staff was above and beyond in making every guest comfortable be it at the hotel, restaurant or the bar. There is beautiful pool at the back which is well maintained and has a huge privacy wall for guest comfort. The menu offered a wide variety of food and the bar was also well stocked. Our stay was made even more comfortable by jib y (their manager at the restaurant) who is pure gold in terms ofetiquette, service and wide knowledge. We are glad we stayed at narmada jackson’s and we shall surely choose this place the next time.

Flush was not working, ac’s were not working, frequent power cuts with no back up. No help from staff for any commute and cabs donot come to this hotel. Over all it’s not worth staying at this price.

Our stay at narmada jackson was very very pleasing and comfortable. The location, food, maintenance and hospitality was superb. Highly recommended for stay by families.
