Hotel is good, spacious and clean rooms, u am giving 5 starfor it, break fast is good 4 star and night male receptionist should be quick to call back for customer demand or any need, at least he should tell or clear that they can provide or not. I mean to say that follow up for any need of customer should be present, this follow up is lacking so 3 star for this. Overall calculation (5+4+3=12 stars) so on an average 4 star rating.

Despite having empty rooms wasn’t given an early checkin, the towels could have been better, for white towels they were more on gray side than white since they were bleached so much. The carpet seemed very old and dirty and the hotel smelled like someone had burnt incense to cover up cigarette smoke smell throughout the two day stay. The washrooms did not have any fresheners. The good parts - luggage handling and restraunt staff were very courteous, food spread, taste and quality was good.
