I found the hotel through MMT. The room was very clean, toilet, bathroom everything was neat and clean. They are very punctual in their services. It was a pleasure to stay there.

firstly rooms were not clean at all, it was not well maintained, after waiting for half an hour some other room was alloted to me , floor was not clean , also bedsheets were dirty after asking for replacement also the bedsheets were terrible

It was a nice experience. the rooms were airy and big. washroom was clean. the only issue was hot water. they still use boilers instead of geyser and so before actually getting hot water, a lot of cold water has to be wasted in winters. this is the only drawback. the hotel staff is nice and courteous.

I had a terrible experience booking a hotel through MakeMyTrip. I arrived at Surya Hotel with a confirmed booking from MMT, only to be denied check-in due to the unavailability of rooms. Despite it being late at night, neither MMT nor Surya Hotel assisted in finding an alternative nearby accommodation. This forced me to drive with my family, including my senior citizen mother, in search of a place to stay. This treatment is absolutely unacceptable and cruel. I request MMT to refund the full booking amount immediately.
