Hotel manager and rest of personnel were extremely kind and made big efforts to please my requests like serving Continental breakfast and booking taxis. Food was really good, fresh and a lot of thought was put into serving different plates in each dinner with loads of seafood and fish. I would certainly return to this hotel.

There were a huge number of overnight guests, and many day-trippers. I had no idea that there was such a crowded hot spring inn other than the major budget chain hotels. It seemed almost fully booked. I have been staying at hot spring inns for about 15,000 yen for the past few years, but there are few that are thriving, except for public inns. This inn has been renovated carefully. The food is not the best, but everything is not bad. The hot spring is warm and has good heat retention. At inns with many guests, it is best to bathe late at night. When there are many guests, it can be psychologically oppressive, but it is best not to worry about it. In any business transaction, if it is not due to the trend of the time, it is probably because the guests feel that it is worth it. It is difficult to know whether a place is worth it or is valuable to you just by word of mouth, so you have to find a place and stay there. This inn seems to be good at attracting group guests. The group guests seem to be in a good mood.

I used it for the first time during the Osaka Welcome 2021 campaign. I wanted to hike Mt. Inunaki, so I arrived early around 11am. The customer service at the front desk upon arrival was very kind and nice, but when I checked out the next day, they automatically set the money I had paid for the beer I drank at dinner to be used as a coupon for the Welcome to Osaka campaign. It took a while because if I told them that I had already used the coupon at another store, they would reissue the bill. Even though there were at least two female employees at the front desk when I left, I didn't hear a single word of ``Thank you.'' Sakura-chan, the famous dog at the entrance, just saw me off. Even though there were some staff members who treated me in a pleasant manner, I was left with a very bad feeling at the end.
