The inn and the customer service were terrible. Even when a cockroach appeared in the room, there was no apology, so I checked out without staying. When you arrive, you put your hand on the open window and say "Welcome." You then reach into the car, bang on the front part, and are told, "Put your car keys here, take your luggage and get out." If you do as instructed, you will be guided inside, but you will have to take your eyes off the car with the keys still there. What is the security awareness like? . ==== [Check-in] ================= You will be guided to the sofa and another person will check you in. There is no choice for dinner and breakfast, as the time is specified by the other party. By the way, dinner was at 6pm and breakfast was at 8am. . I was told that the Shirafuji no Yu bath could be reserved for private use, so I asked, and was told that it would be for 30 minutes starting 15 minutes after check-in. . Before being shown to my room, I was told that the hotel was a favorite of Taro Okamoto and Akira Kurosawa. My room was on the 5th floor, and there were a lot of bugs on the light when I got off the elevator. It's not an amount that can accumulate in a year or two. It would be better to clean it at least once a season. . The floor was full of stains. There were mysterious holes in the walls and ceiling in places. The toilets on the floor are Japanese style for both men and women. . ====[Room]================ The refrigerator is turned off. You have to turn it on yourself. There are no drinks in it, but the old automatic charging frame is in the way. I had the wasabi hot pot course. When I sat down, the proprietress? came to explain, scooped up the soup from the hot pot, poured it into a spoon without my permission, and said, "Please try drinking it as it is first." You cannot start eating unless you drink it and listen to the details of the hot pot. . The order of eating is also specified. What surprised me was that I was told to eat the hot pot before the sashimi. "You may want to eat the sashimi first, but please eat the wasabi hotpot first." . When we had finished eating the ingredients in the hotpot, they recommended that we make rice porridge with the remaining soup and served it to us. And when you go to the large public bath, you need to call the front desk. The lights are off to save energy, so the lights come on when there is a phone call. . You cannot take a bath for one hour from 23:30 to 0:30. Men and women switch roles at this time. . I went to the "Omansan Bath" around 22:30. There is an air conditioner and an electric fan, but neither is working. The air is still and ventilation is insufficient, so the changing room is humid and damp. . There is MUJI oil cleansing, lotion, and milky lotion on the sink in the changing room. In the corner of the washing area, there is Ichikami and Diane shampoo.
