Wunderschönenes Hotel, Die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich schnell um Anliegen. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen. ZENTRUMSNAH und vorallem sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück auch sehr ausgewogen und viel Auswahl. Hygiene wird hier auch groß geschrieben, jeden Tag werden die Zimmer gründlich gereinigt

I had a terrible experience. No English at all. Didn't even try to understand me. No restaurants or rooftop terrace. Minimal breakfast with no fruit. They totally misrepresented themselves on all booking sites and their website. Wifi did work.

To celebrate the liberation of Izmir, I went to Bodrum for a one night stay with my wife and one and a half year old son. It's an old, not very clean hotel. It was extremely uncomfortable for the lady at the reception to talk with her indifference and chewing gum in her mouth. When we went to breakfast, it was a separate problem that there was no high chair for children...🤦🏻♀️

Dirty and dilapidated hotel. The bathroom was in a terrible state. Broken faucet and disgusting seal. There was mold inside the fridge. Used sheets and towels and cleaning is done with water on the surface.

It is a perfect price-performance hotel. The service received is good for the price charged, but I did not see a smile on the face of a single employee during our stay, I did not hear a good morning or a good evening word. If you say that this is enough for me, the rest is not important, go to this hotel.

They stole our money from our luggage, from our room while we were visiting. We told the staff, but they didn’t help us with anything, although they could’ve checked who opened the door, as it was opened with card. The boss didn't come to talk.
