Although there are not many prosperous areas within walking distance, it is a good choice for families who drive by themselves. Behind the hotel is a gas station and a small supermarket with its own gas station within walking distance. The staff are friendly and polite. It’s worth staying here.

I was on a business trip to Izmir and decided to book this hotel due to its location close to the office. I booked directly (via Accor) and unfortunately, at the time of reservation, it was not possible to pay for the hotel online. I was arriving late into the night, on the 27th of September 2023, but since I checked that the front-desk was open 24/7, I decided it would be ok to be checked in after midnight. When I arrived to the front-desk around 1 AM, I was told that there is no room, as they cancelled the reservation. The email that I received stated that it was cancelled on my request, which, of course, was not true. The front-desk employee couldn't provide any reason, so we had to call the manager of the hotel. After some back and forth with very aggressive and impolite manager, it turned out that he arbitrary decided to cancel the reservation (and I would assume, sell this room for much more money to someone who gave him a good baksheesh). Throughout my 100+ nights with Accor Hotels, I have never had such an issue - which makes me assume that it was the manager of the hotel who had interest in selling this room to someone else. The front-desk employee was helpful looking for another hotel and arranging for a taxi for me, which was indeed a stark contrast with his manager, who was yelling on the phone that everything was not his problem. A few days later I was able to recover the workflow of the issue: While I was flying, around 9 PM, the hotel tried to authorise the payment (which was a little interesting, as they didn't do it during any of the days between reservation and the arrival date). The bank decided that the hotel was a scam (which typically happens when a company was reported as scam before) and cancelled the transaction. The manager used this as an excuse to cancel my reservation. There is no need to say, that the hotel didn't try to reach out via email or phone, they just cancelled the reservation. I later read on Google Reviews that this is not an uncommon thing - the manager of this hotel does this kind of things regularly. I would like to urge whoever is thinking about staying at this hotel, to stay elsewhere.

The location of the hotel is very central The employees are very polite. Kaan at the reception was very nice Our room view was great The only thing missing was that I called room service 3 times at night and they did not answer. I think there is no room service But it is a clean, quiet and decent hotel I like the employees very much, they are respectful It's also great that they don't require a deposit at the entrance.

It was nice to be able to exercise because there was a pool and a sports center. The staff was also friendly. The spaghetti sold at the cafe next to the lobby was very delicious. However, the water in the shower in the room did not drain down, which was very inconvenient. There was also no cover to block the drain, so there was a long hole left behind, which was unpleasant to look at. The food served in the morning was not fresh either. I was surprised to see a lot of mold growing on the honey cone.

The reception, restaurant and kitchen service staff were all very professional, interesting and lazy. The facility was clean and comfortable. Because the hotel is very quiet, it is also a floor for a comfortable night sleep. I was very happy.

I stayed in the single room for business travel. Cleaning and service are great, the employees are friendly, relevant and relevant. The rooms are comfortable, comfortable. The centre is located, easy to reach but some noise from the location where it is located. Breakfast is very good and tasty as a variety of food. This is definitely one of the preferred businesses in the region.

The room is of small size but is functional and for staying the night it was OK. In the shower room WC in the morning there was the smell of sewage coming from the sink overflow. Not really what you want for the start of the day!!!! The young lady at the reception desk was functional and helpful but did not go over the top with customer interaction. the English language skills were excellent. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a good variety of bread, pastries fruits, etc. As a vegetarian the omelets had meat in them, the restaurant manager Altan Uslu was very helpful and arranged for a meat-free omelet to be brought to the table. That was a very good service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station so convenient for traveling between the airport and the hotel and very close to the seafront.

This is the worst experience I have ever had when booking a hotel online. On the first day, I arrived at the hotel alone. The pretty lady at the hotel counter explained to me that coffee, tea, and water were all free, and everything else had to be paid. Also emphasized that the room is a non-smoking room. I was also asked to sign a document. It's a coincidence that it was very cold on this day, for me as a person from Taiwan. I don't know if I don't know it, and I'll be shocked if I stay there. Originally, I chose the most expensive room mainly because I thought the room was big enough, so it should have better sound insulation. I didn’t expect this weird room to be really weird. The kettle was filled with white scale. I tried to clean it at first, but later I found that it couldn't be cleaned at all, and it was all covered with white powder. I said I wanted to get a new one. I still had to wait until the next morning to go to the counter and ask for it to be replaced. What's even more exaggerated is that the air conditioner is placed in the kitchen. Then imagine that you can transmit the air conditioning from the kitchen to your master bedroom through the living room. As you can imagine, it's simply impossible. And the hotel staff didn't think this was a problem. So in order to prevent myself from freezing to death, I took a Youyou card and inserted it in my room. I didn’t even dare to get up when I went out, for fear that the temperature in the room would drop. The next day, my boyfriend arrived. I asked him to go to the counter and get me two bottles of water. A boy's waiter told him 60 Turkish dollars, and the next day I thought to myself that I would find the waitress and she would return it. The result is really a pipe dream. After explaining a lot, I can give you a few bottles of water if you want. As long as the money goes into their pockets, they can never take it out. The sound insulation of the room is also extremely poor. Anyway, you can complain about everything you can think of. The most important thing that made me furious was leaving for the day. He said to make sure we had snacks. Since I'm not in the habit of eating snacks in restaurants, I thought there shouldn't be any, but then he said yes, so I was sure my boyfriend had some. Told me a bunch of stuff. I heard chocolate,,,, and two bottles of water. I asked him if water doesn’t cost money? He said the two bottles in the refrigerator were charged. I really don’t think that’s how business works. He said he wanted 190 Turkish dollars. I directly gave him 200 yuan, and he pretended that there was no change for ten yuan at the counter. I asked him to keep it because the driver outside was waiting for us to go to the airport. Really, really, really don’t book this room. Because once you order, you are guaranteed to regret it. The scenery and people in Türkiye are really great. But the service quality of this hotel really deducted points for Türkiye. It's simply embarrassing.

We chose the room with jacuzzi, but I wish we hadn't. First of all, the walls of the bathroom inside the room are glass, but the glass is a slightly dark color and the inside of the bathroom looks the same from the room. In other words, you can be seen even when you are using your toilet, you have no privacy. There is a sauna in the bathroom but it doesn't get hot enough, and there's no place to sit in it, you can only stand, it should have been a small bench. In fact, the worst thing was when we filled the jacuzzi, all the water leaked to the floor and the floors of the bathroom were like goals. When he pressed the button to activate the jacuzzi, filthy hair appeared. We pressed the towels on the floor because it was flooded everywhere, we decided to wear a bathrobe, even though we were two people, only one bathrobe was put on. We told the person in the lobby downstairs when the evening was going out, he said they would take care of it while we were gone, but they only left two new bathrobes and came out. Dirty towels etc., everything remained the same, they were not put in the new towel and they did not take the old dirty ones. Also, the room smelled so bad of damp that we took the old towels and left them outside the door, but I think the smell was coming from the bathroom drains, not just the towel. Apart from these, although we came to the room very late, the noise continued until almost morning. Check in at 15:00 and check out at 11:00, it's not nice at these times, it's already a 12-room hotel, it's hard to understand how long the room preparation takes. Apart from that, those who work are not considered friendly, I found it cold. I would not consider and recommend to stay again..
