Due to a serious medical situation while in a nearby town, we were required to cancel. After repeated requests to receive a refund per their cancelation policy, we have not heard a word from the management. We were charged for 3 nights plus a taxi fare of 1500 pesos from a nearby town. Really really bad service. We'll be back to izamal but no way we're going to be treated this way. Be warned, amigos. Bad business, bad management. Never again.
