The apartment was clean though it could do with a minor renovation. The reception is open only on specific hours and it is not clear what those hours are on Sunday: the information given in the booking email, on the doors of the residence, and on the information paper given during check-in is different. We hoped to leave our luggage there in the morning before check-in, let the residency know about it in the arrival survey, and arrived at a time when the reception was supposed to be open, but there was nobody there and calling all of the listed phone numbers didn't help. The reception was however open in the afternoon even earlier than advertised.

Quand vous cherchez un site pour 1 à 2 ou 3 nuits dans la region parisienne, c'est un lieu à faire connaitre pour son : Professionalisme, serieux, amabilité, à l'écoute du client, propreté, ... sans oublier possibilité de parking sécurisé, possibilité de prendre petit dejeuner et chambre équipée d'un materiel minimum pour se suffire à soi même ( manger, dormir, se laver, se reposer, ... ) et bien situer non loin du RER ( à 40 minutes de l'arc de triomphe), arret bus tres proche, et TARIF COMPETITIF. Merci et felicitations au personnel present du 30 avril au 1er mai 2024.

My stay was very long well I didn’t have room service till I left maybe it’s because I didn’t ask of it maybe next time they can just do it themselves but other than that the service was very good really good service

Satisfaite globalement de l'hôtel. Emplacement idéal pour ma formation. les petits déjeuners sont un peu quelconque à mon goût et je ne savais pas que le samedi ils ne se prenaient car partir de 8h30. C'est dommage.

Overall is okay, there's nothing really bad and as expected to the price that we paid. Staff are friendly and helpful. The check in time is only in the afternoon, and no onsite staff until the check in time We stayed for 10 nights, and we supposed to get a clean up for stays over 8 nights, but no one showed up for cleaning during our stay. Laundry facilities located on main floor as pay per used basis Location are good, where there are different type of restraunts and grocery stores. Although Metro station are about 15 minutes, bus station is close by for alternative options

La résidence est super, nous avons passé un séjour de 2 nuits très très agréables. dès l'entrée le hall est spacieux et le mobilier très bien pensée, un mur avec du bardage super chouette. Le studio propre avec une bonne literie. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Et pour finir, le personnel chaleureux et souriant à l'image du Directeur de la Résidence. Je recommande cet emplacement et nous y reviendrons. Bravo à toute l'équipe

Petit déj excessivement cher ! Le choix a été fait en fonction de l'emplacement de l'hôtel et le lieu de formation... Le quartier est assez sale Plusieurs restaurants à la porte de l'hôtel mais attention à bien choisir...
