Passei meu aniversário no hotel, no pacote de carnaval. Simplesmente espetacular. Tudo impecável. Equipe de lazer super ativa com as crianças. Sobre a acomodação: O apartamento que fiquei era bem amplo e aconchegante, limpo e bem cuidado. Alimentações: Só tenho elogios, pela manhã sempre disponibilizavam umas comidinhas na área da piscina e a tarde um serviço de chá. As refeições sempre preparadas como muito capricho. Aproveitei para conhecer a área de eventos e voltarei com a minha equipe comercial para uma reunião de negócios. Agradeço a todos que nos atenderam com muito atenção e carinho. O funcionário que ficava no bar (Maicon), preparava uma caipirinha espetacular.

The hotel is very beautiful, old and well preserved. The room is wide, the couple's layer is very large. We stay in a combined room. It was the joy of the children, because there was a great space for them. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but it was not stuck at all. We didn't use the pool pq the water was cold, but the area is mto beautiful, with sprayers, plants and water fall.

The Hotel Gandini in Itu is a jewel to be laid down, a beautiful hotel with a good location and a structure that includes parking, swimming pool, jacuzzi and toy. The hotel has serious shortcomings in two crucial points: cleaning and reception. Although the hotel's general spaces are clean and well organized, the reality of the rooms is different. In the two rooms I stayed, I found the dirt floor and the bathroom in quite inadequate hygiene conditions. In the bathroom, there were obvious urine spots in the sanitation vessel, as well as spots in the box and mofo/bolor on the ceiling, which indicates alarming negligence in maintenance and cleaning of the rooms and justifies the strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom. As regards the service, when they tried to extend my stay for another day, the officials did not know how to do it. I was informed that I would need to completely discharge the room to check out and then check in another room, which I think is absurd. Afterwards, having to extend the trip for two more days, I chose to change from hotel.
