It was an inn in Satoyama. I arrived at 14:00 at check-in and I think it was probably the second customer, but I had to wait a long time. I couldn't help it, so I waited while drinking a drink at the drink corner. There was no guide to write the inn book first. I thought that I could finally check in, but the person in charge (male) was uncomfortable with doing this procedure and talking to different customers here and there. The explanation of the inn and the check-in procedure were not advanced easily. It's my first inn, so I wanted you to get through at least. However, when I was taking a picture outside, a different staff came out immediately and took a picture of the two, and it was a polite customer service. The bath was said to be used from 15 o'clock even though it was check-in at 14 o'clock, and both I was quite disappointed. However, before 15:00 (around 14:30?), All three keys to the private bath were gone, and some people were already in it. By the way, the room on the 3rd floor was a Japanese-Western style room and was spacious 々. It feels like you can see the garden of Satoyama from the window of the room. The connecting was looking at the garden all the time in the window seat. The room is quite dark lighting. There is an atmosphere, but it may have been a little too dark for me. The room key was 2 book and it was convenient. There is a considerable step between the Japanese-style room and the bed room (stage 1.5 stage), and the toilet in the middle of the night is a must-see. The large communal bath is located in the building outside the building of the room. 2 There are eight types of baths with one source. There were also two open-air baths. There is also a bath that is a source. There is an atmosphere in the forest. The wash area has amenities such as lotion. Dinner is a 2 part system at 17:20 and 20:00, and you can choose from 2 of seafood or meat courses, and the restaurant is different. The seafood was a kinme shabu-shabu, so I chose a meat course. I was very satisfied with the dinner (I made it a local sake with one drink). The appetizers and the future were beautiful and delicious. There was also steamed clay bottle. The meat course has domestic beef loin, beef ribs, Shizuoka miso chicken, venison sausage, Fuji loin and 5, and there were two types of steak sauce, so I could eat it without getting tired. You can choose from 3 types of small plates. The dessert coffee pudding and sorbet were delicious. The customer service of the person in charge of the restaurant was polite and very good. Breakfast time was 8 o'clock, but there was no 8 time, so I made it 7:30. I had it at the counter seat of a restaurant different from last night. As for the counter table, it was not good that the spills of yesterday and the tableware were attached. The breakfast content with the item was good. You can choose Western or Japanese food. The meal and bath were good, so it seems that I will use it again.

The hotel is in a very good location. The rest platform in front of the lobby has a wide view of the sea, and the room is not small. The quality of the dinner provided by the hotel is quite good. Sashimi, steak, and golden eye snapper are my favorites. This time I stayed for four consecutive nights. The menu of the first night was repeated on the last night, but we were told about it when we checked in. We spent three full days playing in Kinosaki Coast, Shimoda City and Mount Omuro. Mount Omuro should be put first, and you must go there on a sunny day. When you reach the top of the mountain, you will be shocked by the scenery in front of you. This time, I took the Odoriko from Shinagawa to Izu Plateau, and I happened to take the black ship sea-viewing train from Shimoda to Ito Plateau. In fact, there is no need to deliberately buy those sea-viewing trains when staying in a seaside hotel. There are not many opportunities to see the sea along the way. There are more residential houses, green belts and tunnels. The hotel's shuttle bus is a bit too small, which is indeed not very convenient for carrying luggage in and out. Normally, it is OK to walk out empty-handed. We are all over 70 years old. We took a taxi to Jogasaki Coast, played for a while, and then walked along the rugged path by the sea to the Ocean Park. Then we turned onto the road and walked back to the hotel. It was not too tiring. The hotel is very cost-effective and the service is very good. It is worth visiting again when you go to Ito area in the future.

I used it for a few days back, but I stayed for the first time. It is convenient to use the day-trip hot spring hall after checking out on the day of the stay. The pool is also available at a discount price and full of elements that can be enjoyed quite. The room chose a large room with a veranda, but it may be good to be far from the main building and narrow. I was at the day trip hot spring hall and tried to use it open-air. It is not cheap, but you can relax with your family. The zashiki is also large. However, there is nothing to bring food and drink (with a refrigerator). The public bath is a great view open-air bath as well as a day trip. It becomes a little narrow version. It is a great view whenever you go.

The ultimate satisfaction is a very boutique destination hotel. The hotel official website is not easy to find. You can find the hotel official website by hanging the ladder on Yahoo Japan and then searching for the hotel name. The official website has a very detailed introduction.
I went there on the 24th 10.3, Trip.com more than 2,700 rooms with double dinner and double breakfast
Let's talk about the advantages first.
Rooms: A total of 6 rooms are similar and the same, the price is randomly allocated, all equipped with outdoor + indoor soup pool, very comfortable Japanese style and residence, standard Japanese bathrobes, wooden rafts, etc.
Hot springs: Focus on praise, have not soaked in such a high-quality hot spring, 24 hours a large amount of water constant temperature. Especially indoors, the water quality is too clean, and the cylinder body is not attached to a ditch at all. Move outdoors because there are some floating objects on the surface of the rainstorm when you go, but thanks to the huge amount of water circulation is still very clear
Dining: The rich kaiseki cuisine, very local Japanese taste, is a variety of tastes that have not been tasted, dinner for almost 3 hours, breakfast also eaten for more than an hour, are delivered to the room. Minibar drinks are free, I really didn't get hungry during the stay.
Service: Really did not say, the attitude is very good. Grandpa kneeling service throughout the whole process, he will be very basic English, most of them rely on app translation (it can be seen that most of this store is still mainly receiving locals, very good), but I can still feel the high-quality service
The only downside is the location:
It takes 4 hours to take a bus in Tokyo, and the hotel is located a few kilometers away from the entrance of Oshiyama. It is not a star and a half that can drive than take a bus (so this is why most of the guests here are Japanese?), Otherwise, basically I can take a taxi to solve the three or four kilometers from the station to the hotel and the hotel to Dashishan. But all this is still worth it to me, because Dashishan is so beautiful, and the hotel experience is also very good!
Anyway, this is where I have money and I will come back and stay at this hotel.

I used it to dive with three companions. Because of the corona cherry blossoms, I didn't hit the search for a single room, and it was a fairly large room, and I made a reservation to make a social distance. It seems that there was a coupon use by a certain site and a prepaid discount, and about 6000 yen per person including hot water tax. It is a rich view in a luxurious room that doesn't usually make a reservation first, and it feels sorry to not stay with my wife. The public bath is also a natural hot spring, and the open-air bath is a source of water. The inner bath was written as being chlorine disinfected by circulation, but the smell of hot water is not known. There were sauna and water baths, and it was quite slow. The original is like a resort condominium, and the passage faces outdoors, but unless it is rained in the rain of the side hit, it is positive only for the noise like the corridor I felt it. I didn't have a meal, so I can't evaluate it there, but I think it is quite convenient to use it in a group of multiple people because there is a set of cooking equipment and a large refrigerator in the room. It is a big facility, but all the spaces are well air-conditioned and no negative points were found.

[Bedroom] Smells of cigarettes. There is no air purifier. (No rental) I sprinkled it because there was Febreze, but I couldn't erase the smell of cigarettes. The refrigerator did not get cold and the beer I bought became lukewarm. The bedside could only charge USB. (Power is required to charge the smartphone at high speed) I didn't notice that the glass cup was in the drawer. The glass cup was dirty and I didn't feel like using it. [Toilet] With washlet. Clean. [Washing basin] It's small enough to have no place to put things, but it's beautiful. There is no towel to wipe your hands. Only paper towels are left. Hair dryer is good in Saronia. [Room bath] It was old and moldy. [Japanese-style room] It didn't smell like cigarettes as much as the bedroom. There was no pen or memo paper. The teacup was thin, so when I poured hot water, it became hot and I couldn't hold it. The comforter looked fluffy and nice. The actress mirror was good! [Large bath] Slippers were devised so that they would not mix with others. It was good that there was an open-air bath, a hot bath, a hot water, and a hot water! [Guest room] It was quiet without the sound of the next room, the sound of the upper room, and the sound of people walking in the corridor. [Cooking] It was delicious, but there was no particular personality. [Yukata] The guideline for choosing the size was written in height, but the width was too large, so I changed it to one size smaller. I thought it would be kind if there was a guideline for the system. [Amenity] I wish I had something like a health towel to wash my body. When I saw it, the hair band was gone. I wish I had a bunscrap (hair clip). [Transfer bus] It was convenient and helpful. [Location] It was convenient because Max Value, which is open 24 hours a day, was next door. [General review] It was good because the age group of customers was high and the atmosphere was calm. The Japanese style room was divided into Western style rooms and Japanese style rooms, so I thought it could be used for families with puberty children and families of two generations.

This was probably the best experience i had during my visit to Japan. The ryokan feels authentic yet luxurious, the service id amazing. The personnel speaks english very well. The room was just what we wanted, very spacious, tatami floors, a balcony with a city view. We even had a little bath that you could fill with water from the hot spring.
The dinner was exquisite, very authentic and delicious. The breakfast was just as good, although the amount of fish dishes might be a little overwhelming for foreigners.
The best part though was obviously the onsen. The cable car that takes you to the onsen really added to the experience. We had the chance to go in the evening and in the morning. Both times there were no other people. It was raining in the morning and i definitely recommend going to the onsen while it rains if you get the chance.
After checking out we were offered a ride to the station by the owner, and we had a nice chat on the way.
So i absolutely recommend this ryokan, i wish we stayed longer

I stayed at KAI Ito for two nights for a long overdue and precious family reunion. It seems that a good chunk of their guests stay for just one night, but we stayed two, because we traveled far to get there. First night was fine (acceptable for what they charge), but the second day was disappointing. Beware. They are NOT geared for Renpaku (continuous stays)! 1. We declined room cleaning (e.g. no vacuuming) after the first night, but they said they would refresh amenities (new towels, etc.) We got fresh towels, but they left used tea cups and glasses uncleaned. We had to call to replenish toilet papers. I had to go to the front desk, because the fresh yukata (bath robes) they gave me was of wrong size. They didn't replenish drinking water. All in all, we had to call at least four times to get everything right for the second night. This would be okay for a basic business hotel, but we were staying in a fine resort.... 2. We followed a recommendation from our nakai-san (person assigned to take care of us) to take a bus to Mt. Ohmuro and take a lift up to the top for a ”spectacular view of Izumo Peninsula.” It turned out this lift had been shut down for at least a week for a two-week repair, and we learned about it at the bus station (there was a tiny sign in Japanese about the closure). I told a lady at the front desk about the closure, but the reaction I got was a curt ”Oh, excuse us.” I also mentioned we were able to find another nice place to visit, and she said, ”That's nice.” I wasn't sure if this lady would share the info with others, so they would stop giving wrong advice to more guests.... 3. Meals are highlights of a stay at a Japanese resort, but KAI didn't make an effort to serve a different menu on the second night. The meal was very similar to the first night with only minor variations. It was different from our experiences at other fine resorts in Japan (including another Hoshino resort.) There was also a bunch of other things that made us wonder about this place (too minor to remember but bothersome in their entirety). By the checkout time, everyone in our party was just ready to go. Instead of enjoying hospitality, I felt I was being forced to accommodate the way they wanted to run their place. Again, okay for a basic hotel but way below expectations for a place like KAI.

Last time I chose ”room with hot springs”, but this time I stayed in a Japanese room with 8 tatami mats. (It's the cheapest plan) The view is on the other side of the room with a hot spring, and you shouldn't expect it because you can only see the cityscape. Also, although there is no indoor bath, there is a large communal bath, so there is no problem. The large communal bath changes daily, but both are large baths and have good hot water. There is also a hot spring area so you can relax. Now it seems normal to park in the second parking lot (plane) a little far from the first parking lot (mechanical parking lot). But please note that it is a little far away. Well, there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away, so it's a good plan for traveling alone, and I think it's good because you can relax. If you want to luxury, there are various plans, so I think it is good to choose and stay.

A small and gin. Delicious meals and sake. It is my house of large meals, but as of October 2022, the amount of material and cooking was just the ”world”. The family said it was more delicious than Kawaji Kai. I think the seafood lover is an anjin school. Because it is a meeting seat, I think it is usual that there is no big main like the western food course. You can book a grade up at a different rate in advance. Beer at the hot water place is free until 18 〜 22 o'clock. Non-al green tea and apple vinegar are also moderate in temperature and moderate concentration, thanks to the employee's bean maintenance. The beer was the best while watching the sea on the hot terrace. It was easy to drink and delicious beer, and the terrace was almost full. Until the terrace seat was empty, I relaxed on the indoor sofa or brought a drink to the room. There were many good people in manners and it was a quiet hot water place. Ocean view from the room and the open-air bath. Recommended for those who like sea and beer, tea and apple vinegar. It is not suitable for people who want a large room and a bathtub in the room. The point to improve is that more than 3 people stay in the dog room and install an outlet with EV code. Currently, only Tesla can be charged with hanging. Other manufacturers car EV brings the required code.

GGuest UserThis is my second time using the hotel, having first come six months ago. I have been to several overseas tourist destinations so far. To be honest, I had no interest in hot springs in Japan, but last year my sister and aunt invited me to go to a hot spring in Ito. On the second day, I visited Aoyama Yamato and my first impression was that the hot springs were really nice. At this age, food is definitely something I'm concerned about. Aoyama Yamato's food is quite delicious! That was my impression. Overall, this was my second visit and the food served at Aoyama Yamato was top class. When I told them about my birthday celebration, they even offered champagne! Of course, the service provided by the staff in charge of guest rooms is also excellent. At CO, I immediately made reservations for next year.
XxlayrI stayed for two nights to meet Mr. Capibara at the Shaboten Zoo Park and Gran Ilmi. Because of the small hotel about 6 rooms Breakfast and night meals are not eaten at the hotel, but snacks such as cup noodles, sweets and various drinks are sold at the counter. If you walk a little, there are soba shops and cakes shops. If you move by car, there are many delicious seafood restaurants. Especially recommended is a seafood restaurant called Nihonmatsu, which can be reached by car in about 7 minutes, and I ate baked fish and fried fish, but it was really delicious. There are other delicious bakery and cake shops around, and it may not be troublesome to eat. The room is simple but beautiful, but there are all the things you need. The bath is the same unit bus form as a business hotel. The futon is very fuzzy and comfortable! From the window, you can see Mt. Omuro and the sea. It is a great view because it is a house on the slope! The whole hotel is snow country? It is a warm feeling based on a scented tree and a white wall. I am glad that the price is reasonable. There is a space where the parking lot can be stopped by 6 free. There was also a review of Google, but it was a great thank you for the hospitality of the owner. There was a trouble that hot water did not come out, but it responded quickly to the gentleman. It was the first Izu plateau sightseeing, but my wife was very satisfied. It is a recommended hotel for use as a base.
GGuest UserThis time, I used a premium room to celebrate my father's graduation. My father has difficulty walking, so we requested a room as close to the elevator as possible, and they not only gave us a room right next to our request, but also provided us with a private dining room right next to the elevator. Ta. When the woman in charge saw my father struggling to sit down in a chair, she immediately brought him a cushion, prepared a high chair in the room instead of a low chair, and made other arrangements. Thank you for your consideration. When I saw my father, who loves hot springs, happily taking a bath in the open-air bath in his room, I was really glad that I chose Yukitei. thank you very much.
The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The bread is freshly baked and all amazing! We had several types of food for dinner and breakfast. You can wear a yukata to and from the bath, but you have to wear something other than a yukata to the dining room, which can be a bit of a hassle when changing clothes after taking a hot spring. The bath can be reserved for private use, but it may take up to 25 minutes depending on the time of day, so please be sure to agree before using it. The elegant atmosphere of the owner's family is wonderful.
Ppdgs1984Since there are many green forests in the mountains, there are more bugs. There are only public bathrooms, no private toilets. You need to pay Smecta tax for bathing. It takes 30 minutes to walk up the mountain after getting off the station, which is tiring.
GGuest UserFirst of all, a hotel with a similar name called ”Hotel Ambient Izu Kogen” is about 1 kilometers away, and the location of this ”Hotel Ambient Izu Kogen Annex” is difficult to understand. It doesn't come out even in the car navigation system. And is the entrance here? It is in a place called (see photo). The facility looks like a studio apartment has been remade into a hotel. To be honest, stains and scratches on the walls and carpets are old (the impression is that it is so old that it pulls so far and it is far beyond the renovation time). The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The bath is ok. It is convenient to have activities facilities such as Izu Grand Pal Park, Mt. Omuro, and Izu Shaboten Zoo nearby (car is required). The correspondence of the staff 々 including the front desk was good. I have the impression that it is not old.
WWongThe location is ideal, close to the beach, parking spaces can be arranged, there are large shopping stores nearby, and the hotel retains the advanced equipment that has been used for many months, which is a bit surprised.
CcometdebrisRooms are all condominium style, complete with living room, bedroom, 2 Japanese style rooms, kitchen, and bathroom. There's plenty of room for one or even 2 families. Buildings and rooms are clearly showing signs of age, beds need replacement, floors and bath are quite dirty. Rooms on the first floor open up to a nice yard, perfect for kids, I believe it's also possible to barbecue. Service is incredibly stingy. You're only provided with one bath towel and washcloth for the length of your stay. If you'd like a clean towel, you need to return to the front desk to request one every day. No hand towels for bathroom or kitchen. Also, soap, shampoo, and dish soap containers are barely filled and all ran out quickly. Dishes and cookware are provided, spoons but no forks (???), and microwaves are limited and provided on a first come first serve basis. Bed making is only upon request. Location is very convenient if you have a car, it's about 10 minutes to the nearest train station, 5 minutes to the convenience store, 15 minutes or so to the supermarket, 10 minutes to Granpal Park and Izu Cactus Park. If you like walks or hiking, there are two lakes within walking distance with trails. I would advise staying here only if the price is right. The hotel charges per person and I wouldn't recommend paying over ten thousand yen per room per night maximum.
