My 18 year old daughter and two friends stayed at the hotel from 1/20/2024 to 2/2/2024. Although the staff was friendly throughout their stay, at breakfast they were monitored at all times, watching what food was served and how many times they drank juice... these were served in small glasses... which is why the girls had to get up several times to serve themselves, also when they wanted to refill their water bottles... they were threatened with a fine if they continued with that attitude. But it doesn't end here, by mistake a reservation was made for accommodation to check in on 1/18/2023, but on 12/16/2023, (more than 30 days in advance), the entire reservation was canceled with Mr. Carlos at reception, since it was not known if the girls would be able to travel for college reasons. But when the date arrived, the stay could be coordinated. The thing is that when my daughter checked out of the hotel, she was charged a penalty of 1 night, (1/18/2024), claiming that the dates of January 18 and 19, 2024 had not been canceled, that the night of 1/19 could be sold to another guest but not that of 1/18... and even though I have proof of whatsapp, it was not valid. My daughter asked for the hotel's cancellation policy and they did not want to provide it to her... she watched as an employee typed it into the computer at that very moment.
