Clean and modern style room , I love the design and bathroom super 💯,, limited space for the area , lots of break choices , free fruits in room , daily housekeeping, small elevator only 2 persons can accommodate, quite far from nearby restaurants , complete toiletries 🧴
A beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price Breakfast is included and is very good for the price Eggs and breads are absolutely delicious 24 hours front desk service and Beautiful heated pool with an amazing view of a mosque infront. Had to pay $10 for sauna, hamam and steam room but was absolutely worth the money. The hamam is very beautiful and the day I went no one else was there so was very peaceful and private and was open for 4 hours and just for $10 it’s absolutely worth to experience Atleast once. The location is close to grand bazaar and a lot of shops all around the area. Although some staff need to smile a little bit some staffs are amazing. My favorite and most lovely gursur (housekeeping) greets us morning every day and always has the most warm and beautiful smile. Although she cannot speak English she will definitely make you happy by her smile 💕 Definitely a staff every guest should meet. Mehmet (front desk) was the first person to welcome and always greets us with a smile. Hakan (breakfast), gazia, yunus (front desk) hayaretin(came to fix our heater) are also some staff who has been super helpful in our visit.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days during my quick holiday in Istanbul. Here is my first impression: What I liked: - good location. close to the city center and close to the public transport - good breakfast - the hotel has a pool and a sauna in the basement - the hotel is very clean and the service is good. What I didn't like: - the Wifi network is a complete disaster. If you stay at this hotel, you can simply forget about internet. The speen was so horrendously slow that I gave up and went to nearby restaurants to use the wifi - the bed wasn't confortable. The mattress is bouncing too much. - the pool has so much chlorine that you can't swim for more than 1-2 min.
Brilliant hospitality by the staff namely Mr. Coskun, Mr. Batuhan, Kitchen staff- Ms. Nur & others. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was flavourful as well. Helpful with sight seeing tours and booking of taxi services too 👍
We were looking for a hotel one night before departure. I wanted to find a hotel that would be close to transportation to the airport and to make it convenient to inspect the city. Reread the reviews about dozens of hotels with a rating from 7 and above. They were desperate: somewhere the wallpaper and the pelvis go away, somewhere smell of sewerage, dirt, cockroaches ... Nothing of this would be desirable. And here at the super price of the weekend there was a offer from the Agoda site. The feedback was good and we booked Bosphorus. The hotel has surpassed all our expectations: it is a modern building with design finish (haytek, not gold). Very clean, beautiful interiors, good-welcoming staff. In Russian we did not try to talk, but in English we were easily explained. The room is very clean, the toilet room is clean, the plumbing is the latest, the good shower cabin. Clean white bedding is good quality, towels, soap, gel, vent. It is difficult to judge the diversity of breakfasts in one day at all, but we counted on a more modest one. Breakfast was satisfactory, good choice of dishes, diverse food, good hall. It is convenient to go to the main attractions. We just pleasantly walked the streets (find 22,000 steps). The price of ”from the stand” is certainly much higher. Location is very successful. You could have reached the new airport by bus, but we used a taxi because the three were just a little more expensive compared to the three bus tickets. I highly recommend this hotel. If we are lucky to visit Istanbul again, we will try to stop here.
This hotel is one of the friendliest places we have ever stayed in. The location was great, the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff could not do enough to help. All of the staff were lovely from the reception staff to the chefs who cooked whatever we requested, even if it was not on the menu. A special mention to Turan, Muracettin and Nisa. You all made our trip to Istanbul very special and we wish you all the best.
We (johnmaggie) had a great time. It’s just in the right area to explore the City. Staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The staff at cafe Zurich were amazing, they all enjoyed their job so much. I must mention Aynur who went above and beyond to give us the best holiday ever, this mixture of conscientiousness and intelligence is what every business needs. Thank you.
Prestige hotel Istanbul is one of the best hotels! I've travelled a lot, during the last 30 years and I've tried a lot of hotels in the world, from chalets in the mountains to 5 stars hotels in different cities, but Prestige hotel in Istanbul remains one of my favourites. I've stayed here many times and I will do the same in the future. The hotel is very clean, rooms are large and comfortable, bathrooms very well equipped. The staff is very friendly and you can feel Turkish hospitality. The breakfast is excellent! Thank you Prestige!

MMohamed othmane el hajjiSuper clean very good location near all comfort especially the metro 2 steps from jekapi station, staff especially attention tugba ☺️
GGuest UserLoved this hotel! Its very modern and glam! Very clean! Lovely staff - very friendly anytime of the day or night. Cleaning staff were friendly too. Lovely views from restaurant and great food too, lots of options for breakfast! Its close by to shops, restaurants, the metro and mosques! Everything was easily accessible. Very safe too. The reason I stayed at this hotel was because of its spa facility, the ladies are amazing, the hammam is soo worth it! Cons - and these might seem tedious to some but its just stuff that caught my eye / nose. - There was a smell coming from bathroom - maybe the drain system? - One of the hand towels in the bathroom had a mark on it. - I called ahead of check in to make sure I had a double bed, I was told it would be a king size (perfect) when i got there it was 2 large singles and the guy pushed it together 🙄 just meant that i could only sleep on one side because of the split in the middle. Would i stay here again? Yes of course - service was really good, hotel is really nice, food was good, i would just specify again what I want for when i get there.
LLyudmila YThe Gold Hotel is in the center of Istanbul. It was surprised that the hotel has only three stars. The hotel corresponds to at least four or higher. Clean, beautiful, quiet. Free coffee and water from the cooler all day. polite staff. Delicious breakfast (swedish table with a large range), full set of towels. All wonderful. We had a three-bedroom, small but the bathroom (shower) was quite spacious and comfortable.
HHAIBOThe location is excellent, shopping is very convenient, about 300 meters from the subway station. The breakfast is very rich and authentic Turkish cuisine. The room is a bit small and the Bosphorus can be seen in the top floor restaurant. beautiful view!
GGuest UserService of house keeping ,room services and reception were good. Breakfast spread was great. However there are need to improve choice in gala dinner. Stay was pleasant.and injoy swiming pool and best services is ms vishakha and Mr Kamal pandy front office manager and Mr anurag Pathak
I liked this hotel so much for kindness of their staff, especially Önder) anytime ready to help , always smiling! Even though the hotel is not offering the best facilities , their huge plus that the hotel located near to the biggest sightseeing place! Breakfast was nice too, but i will never forget the smiling and caring at the reception :)
GGuest UserI've made a reservation on booking.com. The room's payment conditions were very clear ”no prepayment required.. Payment on arrival”.. And this was very well mentioned in my voucher. Few fays before the stay, I've called the hotel to restate a late check-in and they told me that it was ok. Bad Surprise: on arrival, we were told that the hotel was full.. We couldn't understand how comes that our room isn't available for us.. On booking.com website I was still seeing ”confirmed” on my voucher.. We've been trying to understand what was the problem but it was difficult to communicate with the staff since they don't speak/understand English well enough.. moreover they were far from being friendly.. Anyways, we've finally been told that they didn't take account of our reservation because we haven't paid in advance!!?? 😮.. Really ?? Then what does ”no prepayment required” on our voucher means ?? What does ”payment on arrival” means??!!🤔 I've then immediately called the emergency phone number of Booking.com.. They confirmed that it's not my fault t all and that it's the hotel which hasn't respected the conditions.. The hotel canceled my reservation without even sending a message or making a notification.. The staff of Booking.com was really helping and professional.. They have suggested me alternatives nearby.. And finally we've changed to a much better hotel (Best Garden).. But since the new hotel was available only from 1pm, we had to spend the night at this Rio hotel in a ”room” in the basement!!! A minuscule dirty room, with no windows, no air conditioning, and with a horrible moisture smell 🤢.. .. But we haven't any other choice, you can imagine the situation of a couple (already exhausted with a long day travel) and left on the street with their luggage at 2am.. 😕.. We refused to spend the night in the basement.. After arguing and having them understand that it was THEIR fault not ours, the ”UNfriendly” staff cleaned up an upstairs room for us (haven't they told us that the hotel was overbooked at the beginning?! So we don't know where has this room shown up from..🤔 Magic maybe..😏.. ).. Anyways, we spent the rest of the night there.. The room wasn't clean and so is the hotel in general.... We couldn't sleep because of noise and feeling uncomfortable with cleanliness.. So in the morning, as soon as we've finished our elementary and not tasty breakfast, we've paid them the tariff for the night spent event hough the hotel doesn't deserve one single penny. I'm a regular traveller.. I've been in several hotels in many different countries (among them Turkey too), but this is the first time that something like that happenes to me.. Such a bad experience.. This so-called ”hotel” Rio is not professional at all, it doesn't comply with its own conditions mentioned on the voucher, it doesn't respect client, its staff is unfriendly with people.. It's a big scam that doesn't even deserve one single star.. So my advice for travellers, run away, don't make
The hotel is rightly called Malkoch. It is located in the area of the wholesale boutiques of Laleli. Only one tram stop to Grand Bazaar. I was scared at first because the manager brought me up to the floor where the merchants lay some goods, queds, crosses, jeans. Then I said I wouldn't live here, I was moved to the 6th floor, without the merchants, in a quiet room near the elevator. The room is small, your bathroom, there is an old refrigerator, teapot, air conditioner. The lingerie is not new but clean, the mattresses are excellent, I slept perfectly. The silence is perfect, in the morning and evenings listened to the muezin with his prayers. Breakfast is good for yourself, sausages, soup, jams, butter, honey, fruit, cakes, simite, coffee and tea. Soups are not available.
GGuest UserI tryed to make arrangement for airporttransfer - twice I wrote with no result, then I phoned and was told I should reserve by using Whatsapp - I told i did not have whatsapp, but now I wrote the plaindetails twice, so it should be ok. the guy on the phone said it was ok, we would be pcjåked up. When arriving to Istanbul there was npbody to pick us up, so we called the hotel several times - first they did not pick up the phone, then they told us, that nobody speaks english, we could call again the next. day. we found another transport, and arriving at the hotel we complained - they did noy understand a word. the next day they claimed thatwe should have confirmed on whatsapp, ans as we did not, there was no airport- transfer. After 3 days they blocked our keycard - and they would open if we did not pay the transfer (50€). we told them that we did not have any transport, but now they claimed that their driver has being waiting for us 2 hours in the airport. at last we payed them 30 € just to have our keys opened. beside that, the hotel is listet as 3 star - this it at least 1 to much.It its alomst impossibble to speak, nobody speaks anything but turkish. No soap in batroom, you have to ask for toilet-paper.The given toom was with an extra bed, so no space at all - except the extra bed was god to place the suitcase
