Clean and modern style room , I love the design and bathroom super 💯,, limited space for the area , lots of break choices , free fruits in room , daily housekeeping, small elevator only 2 persons can accommodate, quite far from nearby restaurants , complete toiletries 🧴

We stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky). They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram. We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

I was very disappointed in the system and the staff of this hotel. I booked a room for 3 days with breakfast included, and the payment was not small. 2 days at the reception desk and at the entrance for breakfast they told us that we did not have breakfast included and when I began to be indignant and show the reservation in which it was clearly written that breakfast was included for the whole 3 days, without listening to me, they said okay, okay, go ahead and all this was in the presence of my mother and my child. It seemed to me that this situation was not only with me because every time they shut my mouth, not allowing me to finish with the words okay, go ahead . on the third day they already decided that we included breakfast, but the unpleasant aftertaste from the staff’s negligence and manner of shutting you up without listening to you was not a pleasant one...

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very good. Perfect location. Only few blocks to metro and the main attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Highly recommended. I will stay again.

Местоположение очень хорошее. От метро, Хаваиста и трамвая Т1 5-7 мин. Минус, если номер на улицу, торговцы и охранники с ресторана и магазина на улице спать не дают от слова -совсем. Орут как минимум до 2 часов ночи. Не работал пульт от кондиционера, сказал на ресепшен, исправили. Приходилось включать обогрев, т. к. было прохладно. Завтраки отличные, до 10.30. Чайник, чашки, стаканы есть. Чай, кофе, воду обновляют каждый день. Полотенца тоже.

Good Hotel Location. Near to Aksaray Tram and other facilities. Good Breakfast. Rooms small until they change my room by Manager Joshua. Other Hotel staff Rode and unprofessional except Morning Breakfast Staff Very Good.

It was close to the Grand Bazaar, very tasty food in the restaurant downstairs, the swimming pool was unfortunately a bit small, very tasty breakfast buffet and enough choice, the staff was also very nice and friendly. I really liked it and can only recommend it

Great location, excellent breakfast and amenities. I stayed six nights (between 22 and 28th Jan 2024 in Room 406), and Muracettin and the team, including Hilal, especially ever smiling, Gigdem ensured our day started well at the breakfast. Daily housekeeping was done to a good standard, thus returning to the hotel every day after busy exploration and shopping was always pleasant. Fatih and his colleagues, including Kamel at the reception, were readily available to provide assistance or any information required and were truly helpful. In terms of main attractions, say the very end of Sultanahmet, where the Blue mosque and the likes of Hagia Sophia is about 25 - 30 min walk. Notably, the hotel is so close to the main shopping district of the old city of Istanbul, including the vibrant grand bazaar and hundreds of wholesale and retail outlets. Hotel's restaurant provides handful choices, I tried the 3 course menu for 450 (Lira), which was quite reasonable. If I need to be so critical, I would urge the hotel to consider upgrading the bathroom outlook. Otherwise, everything in there is perfect and in full working order. The city view from my room, especially the minerat of Kamal Pasa mosque and the azan (call for prayers) for me was so heart touching and sentimental. For the first time in many years, I felt so emotional to leave this place, thanks for the team who showed so much of love and care. There is a health club within the hotel where all types of massages including hammam (payable) and sona (free), are available. I wouldn't choose anywhere else on my trips to Istanbul!

Really friendly, clean nice hotel . Il be defiantly coming back . And the breakfast is 5 stars 😊
