На букинге бронировали Volgaboutiqehotel, по приезду сказали что заселят во второй корпус. Привели в Neva flats, на входе была наклейка Volga. Если бы не эта наклейка сразу бы устроили скандал, а так заселились. Через час букинг прислал письмо с вопросом почему мы не заселились, я ответила что мы в отеле, деньги заплатили. К утру начала разбираться и поняла, что мошенники. Фото не соответствует реальности. Отель ужасный, жили на седьмом этаже. Завтраки очень скудные, номер грязный, весь в пятнах. В номера труба от камина из которой пахло дымом, а это опасно. С улицы постоянный шум и запах с кухни. Приборка номера это просто поменяли застиранное постельное белье и полотенца на такие же уставшие. Все отваливается, никаких крючков и шкафов. Две розетки рабочие, одна лампа на всю комнату. Не верьте им.

Temizlik konusu çok iyileştirilmeli,konum iyi
Duş alanı güzel ve yeniydi fakat tuvalet kapağı kırıktı. Pencere kırıktı. Yatak nevresim takımı kirliydi. Aldığımız hizmetin tek güzel yanı check inde ve check outtda personelin ilgisiydi. Otopark sorunu yok yer bulabiliyorsunuz akşamları

Kötüydü. 3 kişilik oda için konaklama ücreti ödedim. Kapıya geldiğimizde otel adının farklı olması ile başladı işler. Yan sokağında soldaki 2. Yada 3. Binada idi odam. 2 kişilik çatı katı odası çıktı. Görüntülerden çok daha küçük bir oda yenş silinmişti bardaklar yatak temizdi geç geldiğim ve yorgun olduğum için oda farklı çıkınca ses çıkarmadım. Ancak gece işin rengi değişti kokan lavabo gideri kokusundan 3 te filan uyandım camlar açık havluları gidere kapatıp sabahlamak zorunda kaldım. İğrenç bir deneyim di kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

ساختمون های چهار طبقه بدون آسانسور بسیار باریک که به سختی چمدون رد میشه صبحانه بسیار مختصر و ساده و کم اما متصدی فارسی زبان آقا مهدی خیلی باحال بود اینا کلا چندتا ساختمون درب و داغون دارن توی یکی از محله ها و کوچه های افتضاح استانبول دارن که مثل دخمه هست و از طبقه چهارم شروع به پر کردنشون میکنن، دهنتون سرویسه

Very small rooms with poor facilities. There is a bad smell in the rooms. There is no safety box in the rooms. Very small toilet and bathroom. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Breakfast images are fake. Breakfast is limited and repetitive and of very poor quality. This is not actually a hotel. It is very poor quality for a guest house. Breakfast is served in the hotel lobby. A low-quality breakfast plate is provided for each person, which is repeated every day. There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and dark.
