Çalışanlar ***et güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Genel olarak memnun kaldım fakat odanın içinde lavabo yatağın hemen yanında ve kapısı sürgülü olduğu için tam kapanmıyor. Yani maalesef ki bu çok büyük bir problem. Odaya minibar koyulmuş ve içine bi kaç şey doldurulup fiyat listesi konulmuştu ama bi twix çikolataya 125 tl yazılmıştı. Diğer ürünlerde kola gibi fiyatları çok yüksekti. Kendiniz boşaltıp bişeyler alıp da doldurabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı güzel ve yeterliydi. Genel olarak tatlı ve güzel bi otel fakat lavabo dediğim gibi çok büyük bir problem ve fiyata yansıması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Su ikramınız için teşekkür ederim.

Otelden oldukça memnun kaldık. Standart oda tutmuştuk fakat ücret dahi ödemeden bizi teraslı bir odaya transfer ettiler. Teras harikaydı. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü, oda temiz, kahvaltısı yeterli, bebekli kalmaya uygun. Fakat mutlaka geniş oda tutun, çünkü gerçekten odaları çok çok küçük.

10 odalı Tarihi bir kök burası. Minimal ve çok zevkli dekore edilmiş. Detaylarda fark yaratmışlar. Odaları temiz ve düzenli ydi. Calışanlar çok yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısı basarılıydı. Son olarak restoranına ve sefine bir parantez açmak isterım. Böyle küçük bir yerde böylesine belki istanbul da bile buiamıyacagımız lezzette yemekler yedik👌

2 gece konakladıgımız Serguzest otel, napur ıskelesine 10 dakika yurume mesafesinde şirşn taihi.bir köşk ve güzel bahcesinden olusuyor. Biz girişteki standart odalarda kaldık. Banyoları kücüktü ama bizi rahatsız etmedi. Odalar tertemizdi.personel guleryuzlu ve yarsımseverdi.Kahvalti efsaneydi. Ayrıca önemli bir püf nokta olarak restoranıkı tavsiye ederim.Yetenekli nir sefleri var. Hersey cok özenli ve lezzizdi.
