Güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi herkes. Öncesinde de çok kez geldiğimiz bir otel. Tavsiye ederim.

Fiyat performans bir konaklama denetimiydi, 1800 liraya tek gecenin hizmet karşılığı bu kadardı haliyle. Akşam giriş yaptığımızda resepsiyon görevlisi içeride sigara içiyordu, biz girince söndürmeye tenezzül bile etmedi. Birinci katta konakladık ve maalesef odalar temizlenmiş olsa da rutubet vardı. Otelde kahvaltı yapmadık, o konuda yorum yapamayacağım. Ancak otel doğa içerisinde manzara çok güzel.

Hiçbir tavsiye almadan yol üzerinde görüp girdiğimiz bir yerdi. Karşılandığımız andan itibaren hizmetin başladığı, ilgi ve alakanın mükemmel olduğu, kusursuz hizmet sağlayan huzur dolu bir yer. Adess Hotel Istanbul'da iki gece konakladım ve bu süre zarfında çok memnun kaldım. Otel, İstanbul'un tarihi yarımadasında, Kapalıçarşı'ya sadece 300 metre uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. Bu konum, şehrin en önemli turistik yerlerine kolayca ulaşmak için idealdir. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu. Klima, televizyon, telefon, mini bar ve ücretsiz Wi-Fi erişimi mevcuttu. Yatak rahattı ve uyku kalitesini çok iyiydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her türlü soru ve isteğime hızlı ve özenli bir şekilde yanıt verdiler. Kahvaltısı da çok lezzetliydi. Çeşitli peynir, zeytin, reçel, bal, yumurta, ekmek ve taze meyveler sunuldu. Genel olarak, Adess Hotel Istanbul, İstanbul'da konaklamak için ideal bir oteldir. Konum, temizlik, personel ve kahvaltı açısından çok memnun kaldım.
