Close to Galata Tower and Taksim. An apartment in the center. Clean but I recommend maintenance and repair. I would like to thank the friend at the reception for their sincerity and helpfulness. An affordable apartment

Be wary of reviews because I honestly don't know how they do them. But let's proceed in order, we are 4 friends who are enjoying a 65m2 apartment with a kitchen and two bedrooms... Located on the ground floor with a private courtyard! Upon arrival, even though we had communicated the time, the "house" is not ready, no problem we wait in a bar nearby... after 1 hour we go into the reception - which consists of a desk in a basement with a boy who does what he can - they tell us that they have given us an "upgrade" so they give us the keys to two rooms on the 1st floor... the first doubts begin to arise but anyway we proceed and enter... well the apartment is not really an apartment, you enter a small door and from a hallway you access two rooms with bathroom, one of the two near a bed has a kitchenette! obviously we asked for explanations and the boy told us that he had given us an upgrade, but that if we wanted the next day we could also view the other apartment. Obviously the next day at the reception there was no one….. This is just the beginning, leaving aside the inconsistency of what you book and pay for with what you received; the serious problem is the total inconsistency with the photographs of the accommodation and the total lack of cleanliness!!!!! The rooms have very poor quality furniture (not even wanting to mention the aesthetic quality) dirty and stained, the bathrooms are awful and small, one of the two has a completely moldy ceiling, the showers are obscene and the sanitary ware on arrival does not have any cleaning coupon as it should be in a structure. We unfortunately found hair and stains in the sinks and on the floor! The shower in one of the bathrooms has a non-functioning drain so you wash yourself with the water that settles at your feet. Sheets and linen full of halos and hair and stains!!! We requested to receive cleaning but what was done was a reorganization of the existing things, the replacement of the pads 😅. Giving up, we asked for extra toilet paper and… they forgot about it! In short, nothing is what it seems on Booking, too bad because the location is excellent but it does not live up to the excellent rating that is given to it. There is no transfer to the airports.
