Absolutely wonderful staff, helpful and kind. Location more or less perfect as it is within 2-3 minutes walking distance of sultanahmet with plenty of late night eateries and such literally around the corner.

First of all, the advantage is that the hotel is very cozy and close to the seaside Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The front desk staff are also very good, but there is no elevator in the room. There is no bottled water in the room. The room is small and especially not soundproof. You can hear clearly the sound of a mobile phone vibrating upstairs and downstairs. The sound of washing hands in the toilet was clear, not to mention that the number of breakfast items was also pitiful. The most intolerable thing is that the cleaning staff just opens the door and enters the room regardless of whether there is anyone in the room. This happens every day after staying for 4 days. There is no intelligent system to identify whether the card is inserted in the room. Whenever the service staff is free, they will open the door. It's scary. Dead and really annoying.

The location is good. It's convenient to go everywhere. I stayed in a double room for a few more days. The room is very big and I felt comfortable. The restaurant is on the top floor, the flowers are beautiful, and the breakfast is quite rich.
