Worst hotel i ever seen in my life,please stay away from this hotel.staff are very rude.i booked AC room when i arrived after long flight they gave me room where AC not working when i complain they gave me small fan instead replacing the room.i speak on front desk and staff is very rude they said u can go other hotel and cancel your booking.breakfast is average not worth the price.

The front desk staff, facilities, and rooms were all above average for the price. I thought it was a nice, relaxing hotel. I was able to use the spa and indoor pool. I would like to use it again if I go to Istanbul.

Hotel situato in zona abbastanza centrale e comodo con i mezzi di superficie per spostarsi in città. Camere non molto grandi, senza areazione nei bagni. Il buffet non è stato il massimo né a colazione né a cena: poca varietà di yogurt e cereali, buffet principalmente salato. A cena spesso mancava il pane e non veniva fatto il refill del cibo. Poca varietà in generale. SPA carina, con bagno turco e sauna e piccola piscina annessa. Nel complesso soluzione nella media.

While the staff were exceptional, our stay was disappointing. The AC did not work, wifi was only accessible from reception, the roof top pool was closed for maintenance, and our room leaked from a vent in the ceiling. We were disappointed after three weeks of fantastic hotels to conclude our vacation this way.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dal Gran Bazar, quindi in ottima posizione. La struttura è bella, la cucina di buona qualità. La prima colazione ottima. Tutto a buffet. La camera non grande, ma confortevole, come il bagno. Al nostro arrivo mancava l'acqua calda e i letti non erano preparati bene. Nel mio gruppo, a chi mancava il lenzuolo, a chi il copriletto. Abbiamo chiesto tutto quanto serviva alla reception, ma la sensazione è che in questo albergo manchi un direttore che coordini il personale.

L'albergo fa parte di una catena di hotel tutti con nomi italiani. Si trova in una bella zona di Istanbul anche se non centralissimo. Personale cortese. Belle stanze comode, buona biancheria. Buona colazione internazionale. Consigliato.
