Right in the hart of the bigest shopping and restaurants street, still in very quiet plase. Very clean and friendly. The staff is very nice and helpfull, especialy Ismael.

Ужасный отель! В ванне черная плесень, косметические принадлежности с выпавшим осадком от старости, ржавчина на шланге, смесители в непонятных белых пятнах, в ванне сломан душ, все разбитое и ржавое, балкон в черных пятнах , на балкон даже страшно выходить, грязное покрывало с ржавым или кровавым пятном. Также затем выяснилось, что ночью в данном номере невозможно спать из-за клуба под окнам. Менеджер специально отменил бронь, чтобы не смогли оставить отзыв.

Good location to shops and eateries. The desk people fantastic but it is not luxury here . The loud music from the street blast well into 5am and I mean blast with no breaks . The club is located right outside the hotel . Don’t book here and find a hotel not near a hotel . Besides the loud music the screaming of patrons is equally as loud .

Ekelhaft einfach nur ekelhaft ! Wir sind spät abends ins Hotel angekommen, wir waren total müde und kaputt 2 erwachsene 2 Kinder . Was uns aber dort erwartet hat, war einfach nur ein Alptraum! Bezahlt habe ich für 4 Personen bekommen habe ich ein herabgekommenes winziges Zimmer . Steckdose war halb draußen .Klima Anlage war mit Kleber befestigt , war wäre nur eine Frage der Zeit wann sie auf den Kopf meines Sohnes fallen würde da sein Bett direkt darunter gewesen ist. An den Wänden war irgendwas geschmiert es sah zum kotzen aus. Das Bad war herunter gekommen! Es hieß das Hotel ist ein Familien Hotel , jedoch war nebendran ein Zimmer geöffnet wo meine kleine es aus Neugier weiter öffnete und wir schockiert 2 Männer im Bett zusammen sahen . Wir hatten unser Geld zurück verlangt da wir keine einzige Nacht in dem Zimmer verbringen wollten. Jedoch wollte man uns nichts zurück erstatten. Obwohl sie wussten das die Zimmer in einem katastrophalen Zustand war. Wir sind um 23 Uhr durch die Gegend gelaufen um ein Hotel zu finden . Am Ende fanden wir ein Hotel was uns eine Menge Geld kostete .

Molto centrale, ma estremamente rumoroso a causa dell'alto volume della musica fuori. La pulizia è davvero poca! Camere molto piccole. Personale gentilissimo, come tutti i turchi incontrati finora. Adatto probabilmente a tutti quelli che hanno intenzione di stare ogni sera fino a tardi fuori e che non hanno bagagli ingombranti.

Absolutely wonderful service, we originally had booked another hotel but it got canceled and the lovely receptionist let us check in early instead of waiting during the night. Great service in all areas, staff speak English and are always willing to help. Arranged airport taxi. The hotel is right next to taskim square which has the main shopsand a Sephora.
