Amazing staff amazing hotel!
The staff at this hotel are amazing! There is nothing they can’t do, anything I wanted they were more than happy to help! They really made my stay enjoyable and stress free. The hotel in itself is very nice. The fixture and fittings are of a high quality with heating floors and mirrors in the bathroom. The spa facilities are also very good the stream room and sauna are great after a busy day out in a hectic city like Istanbul. The hotels location is very central with Taksim square only a five minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the local vicinity so you will never go bored or hungry! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and next time I’m in Istanbul I will only stay here! Thank you so much for making my stay an amazing experience!

This hotel purports to be four stars but it's far from four start quality. In fact, it was quite strange. There were many little problems but the worst was breakfast. They said breakfast was at 7:30. When I came down to the breakfast room, there was nothing. When I asked about it, they said that they hadn't yet prepared! They then quickly started to throw something together for me - and it was not very good. Totally unprofessional. The room was OK but the internet in the room and the lobby didn't work. There was an expresso maker in the room but no capsules. When I asked at the desk they said they would send, but that they also charge me for each capsule. They also charge for the water bottles in the room, which has been complimentary at other hotels in Istanbul. I had my hosts switch me to a different hotel, which was MUCH better.

Conveniently located in one of the better suburbs of Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance. Close enough to a main road but not close that close where the noise of busy traffic interferes with your stay.
Shopping both high end and bargain hunting is close by.
Grand Bazaar is a 14min walk over the Galata bridge.
A cute boutique 4 story hotel with Rooms that are
very clean and comfortable. As expected anywhere in Turkey hotel staff are extremely accomodating to your needs and are happy to provide you with what else you may require.
Definitely will rebook upon my next visit.

The very rude receptionist (Irfan) wanted to scam us to pay almost 500€ more for a prepaid room. It's even more funny that though we are actually owners of a travel agency and we personally confirmed reservation over a month ago with our hotel supplier, and they made contact with hotel immediately, though hotel still wanted extra payment. Just lol.

Hotel very well located. Close to several shops and the district where the blue mosque, Sofia, grand bazaar, etc. are located...the room we had overlooking the boulevard was extremely noisy. We were on the 2nd floor. Also, just turning off the air conditioning in the evening can suffocate you. So we slept very poorly between noise and terrible heat at night.
