Nice and clean apartment but frustrating that there are no plates, cutlery etc. Many cafes nearby for breakfast etc. Shower was great.

Facilities: Complete facilities, kitchen, living room, bedroom separated, queen suite, highly recommended.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, cleaned every day.
Environment: Relatively quiet, suitable for business travelers.
Service: WIFI network is not very good. Breakfast is very rich.

The location of the hotel is good for the Asian side of Istanbul in Atasehir.
The rooms are spacious. The air conditions are working good. The water temperature and the water pressure is good at the showers.
Breakfast has a good choice of traditional Turkish breakfast .
The only let down could be that the facilities are getting old.

I've been there a lot in the past and never had any problems. Don't charge guests money just because it's New Year's Eve. Breaking promises, etc. I think the management has changed. I won't go yet. Service is zero. The behavior towards the customer is not even zero.
