В номерах нет тапочек. Когда мы просим тапочки на стойке регистрации, говорят, что менеджер запретил это. В номерах нет кондиционера. Завтрак очень плохой. Я останавливался в этом отеле 4-5 раз 7 лет назад.Отель отстает от времени.Лобби очень грязное.Отель кажется застрявшим в 2015 году.

Basic hotel close to public transport
Hotel well located near public transport. But breakfast was quite bad with poor selection and food quality. We stayed for 4 nights, and had only breakfast once.
Room was Ok, No defects but a bit small with less than half a meter from end of bed to opposite wall making it difficult to pass.
Spa in basement was a disappointment. Very small pool with water a bit to the cold side and No general access to turkish bath unless you had booked an appointment.
Stay was OK, but No idea why the hotel is indicated as 4 star?

Je ne le recommande pas... un hôtel sale...il y'avait des insectes de lit que j'ai transportées avec moi à la maison... je ne reviendrai plus..de plus des chambres minuscules et certaines personnes du personnel désagréables ... ça ne mérite pas 4etoiles

Affreux, horrible, choquant....fuyez vite !!! Réceptionniste arrogant et irrespectueux, limite il nous a renvoyé de l'hôtel à notre arrivée, l'homme de chambre sale, mal vêtu, impoli, on a demandé un extra bed pour un enfant de 6 lorsqu'on avait fait notre réservation, en arrivant à la chambre on a attendu 30 minutes pour avoir un lit bébé de 70 cm, aprés reclamation et une heure d'attente, on a reçu un extra bed avec des draps déchirés et un oreiller jaune de saleté. On a demandé le changement de la literie, l'homme de chambre revient avec une literie plus propre qu'il jette pratiquement sur le lit sans l'arranger. La chambre trop petite, alors qu'initialement on avait réservé une chambre familiale à tel point que chacun de nous accédait à son lit par le pied de lit, plus aucun espace entre les lits. Le jour de notre réservation on avait demandé aussi l'accès à la piscine, à notre arrivée on nous dit que la piscine est en réparation pendant 10 jours comme par hasard c'était la durée de notre séjour........on a passé une nuitée, puis on a fuit vers un autre hôtel. Un conseil, ne pensez même pas à accéder à leur page ou leur site pour voir l'hôtel.

The rooms are correct, equipment in fair condition, the TV has no French-speaking channels apart from Fr24. Poor cleanliness, especially under the beds and my wife had an allergy. Well located and I noticed that cleaning depending on the occupants is not done in the same way.
