Grocery stores, vegetable shops, Sunday market - 2-5 minutes walk. Sounds. The hotel is on an ordinary, rather busy street of the metropolis, so the sounds of the big city are present. Mulla is audible, but does not interfere at all. Also - seagulls, cats, dogs and children - everything lives its own life. In the evenings, under the window, people hang out, transport travels, as in any city. Normal sounds of a normal city. The people are unspoken. We got a Ramadan "bonus" - a night drummer - this strained. But he drummed everywhere, so this is not about the hotel, but about traditions. There is a spiral staircase inside the building - there are plenty of them in old Istanbul. It’s inconvenient with a large suitcase, otherwise it’s Istanbul: ups and downs here at every step. The Internet is fast, you can watch movies and even work. A couple of times he disappeared for 3 hours, but always returned. Rooms. Specifically 104. For those who are not going to bother with cooking - washing. A stove, a saucepan are available: make tea - coffee - and go. Eating in the city is not a problem - for different wallets and tastes. The kettle and washing machine in the room did not work. But we didn't ask for a replacement. There are enough outlets. The room is very warm - 3 batteries and a coil in the bathroom. Small balcony with a table and two chairs. The pillows are comfortable, the linen is white and clean. As are the towels. The room was cleaned (there were all sorts of horror stories in the reviews), no old accumulations - white hotel slippers remained white in 20 days. We didn’t meet any insects for 3 weeks (having read the reviews, we waited at first) The shower cabin is large, the shower is good, it doesn’t splash, it doesn’t flow. Cleaning, as in all apartments - on request. We didn't need to. Metyn came and asked what needs, what else was needed. All photos are realistic. We arrived before two, left and did at 18.00 - we agreed on everything without any problems. For those who care about the basic conditions for recreation and independent activities, good logistical interchanges and a minimum of dancing with a tambourine around are ideal. For whom - a resort all-inclusive - will not work.
