Pera Rose Hotel

Never seen such 4 stars... Everything is rusty, lopsided, torn and dirty. The socket, electrical panel, telephone jack are torn off. The window is dirty and looks straight at the wall. Under the bed there is someone's tampon, half a pack of cigarettes, overturned glasses are standing right on the torn table, sugar and tea are lying nearby. The torn off safe is lying on the floor and does not work at all. The air conditioner does not work properly, we opened the window. The door to the bathroom is lopsided and does not close. Water collects in a puddle on the floor and one towel has to lie in this puddle so that the water does not spread. Room service gave out only 1 towel for two people twice, maybe that's their custom. The bed has 6 legs, two are broken off, I took the drawer out of the nightstand and put it under the bed so that it does not wobble and I could sleep. The cleaners saw it, took pictures, promised to fix it, but something went wrong)) The reception listened attentively to the complaints, were surprised... and did nothing))) On the second day, they changed the room... to the same one, but with a plus: there were 4 hangers in the closet! And not one, as before))) Breakfast always consists of an omelet, cheese and sausage, plus some vegetables and jam.
