The location is great. The room was clean and new. The breakfast is very good. It says free parking but there is no space, valet service is offered.

The woman who communicated with me had a very bad attitude. I was very angry. I told my boyfriend in Chinese that it was just laundry, why did my clothes get damaged? She actually said that I was saying bad words to her. Is she paranoid? She was also talking loudly on the phone with a very bad attitude. Can I also say that she said bad words to me? It's really funny. No one told me about the damage of the clothes at the first time, but pretended that nothing happened. What if I didn't find out? Do I need to be responsible? And no one answered the reception phone every time I called. The woman's attitude was really very bad! ! ! ! It was just ordinary laundry, not dry cleaning.
