Ferah ve konforlu oda.. Terasta keyifli kahvaltı ayrıcalığı. Güler yüzlü personeller. Bulunduğu lokasyon çok iyi, metro`ya 3dk yürüyüş mesafesinde ve hemen arkası İstiklal caddesi. Şehirin merkezinde konaklamak isteyenler için tavsiye ederim.

Such a nice hotel. It is right in downtown and very close to the metro stataion and Istiklal steet and also Galata. Polite staff and enriched breakfast at the roof of the hotel with panoramic Taksim Square view. I highy suggest this hotel for vacation or business purposes.

We booked 4 superior rooms at the hotel, but the hotel gave us the economy one which are very small one. After negotiating we managed to change some rooms after 48hrs. The service there is very bad. We asked on daily basis for towels.. Toilet paper. They used to put only one towel for each room occupied by two. And one day when I asked about an extra one they said one is enough.. Bad experience.. And not recommended.

We were 4 couples and we booked 4 premium rooms but at the check-in we were surprised with literally the smallest rooms u can ever get where u wont find a place for the bags. So we went to talk about the rooms but they said there are no rooms and then the rudest manager came and told us to leave if we weren’t happy with those rooms. After a small fight he promised to change 2 rooms tomorrow and the other 2 rooms after tomorrow but as usual he lied cz he told us the next day that there is only one available room so we gave it to our friend and after another day they gave us the rest. One more bad thing is that we found only one towel and when we asked for another one they said there isnt and one is enough so we had to take a bath and use one🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️One day they didn’t even put toilet paper so i had to call them and ask for one and of course ask for another towel since we are two. To be fair, this hotel has a very good location but needs a new management asap. Believe me it literally sucks! Never book there
