Taksim Centre Hotel

The service, location and cleanliness of the hotel are very satisfying....it would be more satisfying if the breakfast menu wasn't monotonous.

I really liked the location. Right next to Istiklal Street. Between the Taksim and Şişhane metro stations. That's what I needed. There are churches and Orthodox churches nearby. And the price is great for the city center, at that time it was the cheapest. It also included breakfast: buffet. And you can pour yourself tea, coffee and water all day. I liked the attitude of the staff and their friendliness. I was upset that there was trash under the bed in the room, that I met a cockroach on the bed, that the shower handle was broken and leaked a lot, and also that water poured all over the toilet in the shower, so you have to take things out to the room in advance so they don't get wet. I slipped in the shower and hit my back on the toilet. And the bed linen was not new: it was clean, but not new. I am grateful to the Trip.com company through which I booked this hotel. The first day there was no water in the room (but this was the case throughout the area, and the hotel itself was not to blame) and it was impossible to wash, or take a shower, or flush the water, or even wash your hands, and the company "Trip.com" credited me with bonuses for this, and the company also credited compensation in its bonuses for all of the above, which brought me grief.

The location of the hotel was good but the rooms were not very good. They gave me room number 404. The air conditioning in the room did not work in the hot setting and the radiator in the room was broken. And the nightclubs around are very loud so you cannot sleep. The hotel's breakfast was good, there were many varieties, I liked it.

Hotel close to everything, very good location, very good treatment from the staff. The bad thing is that you can't sleep well because the hotel is surrounded by discos and pubs, there is a lot of noise until early in the morning.
