Most horrible hotel I have ever visited! This hotel is an absolute disaster. You cannot find peace and quiet here, neither during the day nor at night, as it is constantly noisy. The building seems to be made entirely of wood, so you can hear every sound the other guests make - even when they are just sleeping. The noise from the street also penetrates the room unhindered. The bed linen was extremely unhygienic and disgusting. The breakfast was also a disgrace - everything was dirty and old, the cleanliness of the entire hotel left a lot to be desired. One day we were not given any toilet paper and when we complained to the staff, we were shouted at by an older employee. He claimed that toilet paper was only free on the first day, and from the second day onwards it was "as a gift" - absolutely unacceptable. The area around the hotel is also very unpleasant. The men in the area were loud, disrespectful and pushy. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel! Hands off!

For those who stay alone, ***et is good. I had no problems. The staff is friendly, the location is close to Taksim Square. I recommend it!

There are pros and cons. Excellent location, fairly quiet area within walking distance from Taksim (3-4 min). The room was in excellent condition, new, ours had a balcony. Clean bedding, cleaning every day with change of towels. True, water was brought only on the first 2 days out of 5. Breakfast on 2 out of 5. Monotonous. Tomato, cucumber, tasteless sausage, sausages, 2 types of cheese, boiled eggs, olives, chocolate balls, fries, watermelon, tea, instant coffee, something like yuppie, milk. In general, having a snack in the morning without enjoying it. WI-FI works poorly, with varying success. As a request, please add glasses for water and a glass for toothbrushes in your room. I am lowering the rating only because of one big BUT. We lived on the second floor, there was a room above us and we heard them every step. The ceiling creaked very much, even the walls sometimes shook. I had to wake up at 12 at night when the neighbors returned to the room and wake up at 6 in the morning with them. It felt like there was a herd of elephants living above us. This alone is a bad rating. This greatly ruined the holiday.
