I absolutely recommend this hotel!! Location: excellent Cleanliness: excellent Breakfast: good with varied choice Room and structure: excellent and new Staff: excellent My experience was perfect. We stayed in a quadruple room, new and large, which overlooked the street from which you can see Istikal Street, as the hotel is located around the corner of the liveliest street in Istanbul. People and movement until late at night with clubs, restaurants and shops open until night. But despite this, the room was always clean and tidied up daily and stocked with clean towels, shampoo and shower gel and was perfectly soundproofed. Air conditioning works and can be changed manually according to preferences. I thank all the staff who were always helpful and smiling in everything, from coming to meet us for breakfast, to giving timely directions for getting around this enormous city. Fresh bottles of water were in the fridge when we arrived, and they were replenished every day. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. The hotel has a reception always open with an adjoining bar and tables in the characteristic street where you can sit and sip a coffee or tea, and also the possibility of eating a good plate of pasta.

Wir waren von Donnerstag bis Sonntag da. Das Hotel ist nicht gross, eher etwas kleiner. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt, man erreicht alles entweder zu Fuss oder innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren ausnahmslos alle hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, top! Man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie zu Hause, sicher und wohl. Weiterempfehlung!

I arrive at the hotel in the evening and, at check in, I realize that I have forgotten my backpack in the taxi. Panic, I had everything inside including my and my wife's passports, the keys to the car parked at the airport in Italy, the house keys and much more. A few moments and the two people who had received us understood the situation and immediately took action by calling the taxi company and quickly managing to track down the driver and my backpack. I have never seen such kindness and courtesy, they literally saved my holiday and my thanks will never be enough. What can we say about the structure, simply perfect, clean, comfortable and in a strategically enviable position from which you emerged and immediately immersed yourself in the chaotic and colorful nightlife of Istanbul. It's a shame that, due to work commitments, I was only able to stay there for two nights, but I will definitely return. Thanks again .
