Was very very disappointed with this apartment
As what we should have recieved we didn’t receive
Firstly very dirty terrace was discusting with dirty underwear etc init from last customers the terrace floor also furniture discusting
The rooms floors full off dust
Only 2 towels between 4 people
As shown on amenities
Robes
Slippers kitchen cutlery’s and cleaning products also swimming available
We had none off that
As the first even I called them like 3/4 times to sort the issues nobody bothered
Reception not helpful at all
We had brown water coming out off tapes

This hotel is extremely bad. The hotel is not cleaned every day, but only once every three days. Water and tea bags are not provided, and the garbage is not taken out. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is useless to coordinate with them countless times!

Big rooms and friendly staff
I forgot the name of the male front desk staff member in the evening but he was truly fantastic. Welcomed me kindly to the hotel and upgraded me to a nicer room. The room was huge and had everything I needed for my stay

In general, I don't know if it was because I am a Turkish citizen, they did not take care of our luggage. There were Arabs and other tourists next to us, I saw that they were directly interested in me, and I was disappointed. The cutlery in the room was very dirty and unfortunately I had to wash and use it myself.

I booked a hotel room with my wife when booking, they did not explain to us who did not clean the rooms for three days, it is unacceptable to enter a hotel without cleaning being done every day . I don't understand why Trip.com didn't explain to us when booking  it's unacceptable

This is my second time staying in this hotel in Turkey. The price/performance ratio is extremely high. The room is large and you can cook. The room staff is responsible and gave me a free upgrade. Jeysel, Can, Emnr and Faon at the front desk are like a caring butler. They took the initiative to help with the luggage and sent it to the room. They also enthusiastically explained the check-in matters.

i booked this hotel for my family to stay,
upon checking out they charged 58GBP for the children getting chocolate on the bed sheets this is just ridiculous
we ordered room service for one night for 3 meals it was 1400TL
the next night we ordered one meal the same as one of the three and they overcharged us it was 1000TL for one
not good if you want to take the stairs and are afraid of lifts as the stairs are not open
