Hotels Near Beyaz Garage in Istanbul

Overall the stay was quiet ok, small rooms but one could manage but we were fooled by one of the employees of this hotel, never ever fall in the trap of these employees when they suggest you a tour package. Erdinç Izer at the reception of Ibis West was one such person who fooled us with a tour package and gave us exactly the opposite of it. We were suppose to get our personal car for the tour package, he gave us a pathetic tour with Azure Tour Agency, which we never asked for. Above all, Erdinc was rude and very rude when we came back, he started shouting at us when we complained about the tour, in his words ”what can i do, its late now, i can't do anything if your day is wasted” this is how he replied, Azure tour driver was talking on phone while driving on a hill top, we were not taken to the spots for which we gave the money, the guide was pathetic and worse, such a bad tour Erdinc provided us and wanted to shut the matter by saying, ”what can i do” extremely bad experience, guys never ever book a tour with Ibis west hotel, book your tour yourself after checking the reviews because Ibis west will provide you with a pathetic tour in which the hotel can earn by making lives of the tourist hell. We were a group of 10 people and all suffered with the pathetic service by Erdinc ... at last after yelling at us for about an hour he agreed to give us a 500 Lira discount as if he was doing some favour on us. Really bad and unprofessional behaviour, if by mistake Ibis gave us the wrong tour they should have apologised and should have returned our money back but ..instead of this Erdinc planned to shout at us and say ”i can't do anything in this” Above all, next day, Erdinc agreed to call the tour package person to talk, but to our surprise when we went to the reception the next day, Erdinc has already left and the tour package person didn't show up at all ... this is the kind of response we got from Ibis West hotel .. do not ever fall in their trap ... we are really not happy at all ... attaching pictures of Erdinc, watch out for this person in Ibis west .. whatever happens to you ..he might say ”what can i do in this, i can't do anything”

Very nice room, location is slightly out of the way. 30mins from taxim however can’t complain about the actual hotel at all! Very nice would definitely go again

Although the front staff manager Furkan tried to help but some staff members should be dismissed. careless and not serious about their work. I have not been given the exact room booked saying it was not available but how come you confirm my reservation then!!?? Also too expensive for what it is! the breakfast is more expensive than Sofitel in Paris!! and still coffee is not included in the breakfast !! what a joke!!

The quality of the hotel was high and the breakfast was especially well prepared. It is located between Istanbul and the airport, so if you plan to stay in Istanbul for a few days, it would be good to use it before entering or leaving. I am satisfied

The hotel staff were kind and courteous from the get-go. We were delighted to receive an upgrade and were impressed by the size of the room. All facilities within the room were kept in excellent order. However, some attention to cleanliness was lapsing. We found dirty handprints on the TV and walls. This, however, was rectified with housekeeping. Breakfast was included in our package but the range and quality of food was not very good. At one point, during our stay, there was nowhere to sit, and our plates were cleared away before we had finished our food. The location is about 30 mins away from the main tourist sites, but the Mall of Istanbul is a 15-minute car journey away. This is a great mall for shopping, entertainment, and getting something to eat. There is also an outlet mall 10 mins walk away that has a supermarket, fast food restaurants and a few branded shops. Overall, I was pretty pleased with the hotel and would stay again.

There was no way to drive in the snow, so I had to stay in this hotel. There is only a square and an office next to it. There is nothing else. If the square is closed, you can't buy anything. There are no small supermarkets within a few kilometers, and gas stations are hard to find. The entrance is to get on the high-speed, sandwiched in the road, the only convenient transportation hotel has a new subway at the entrance. At this price, it is recommended to take the subway to live in the city center. The room is hygienic, but there are no bright spots in the new decoration. The service is very general. It takes at least three calls to get a response.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of our tour group. We were on 4th floor and wifi didn’t work so had to keep going to the lobby to use. There were no face or hand towels and no spare pillows, no iron or ironing board, kettle did not work and tv remote did not work. Luckily we were only there for two nights but unfortunately will be returning there for one night before flying home. The hotel was also situated far from amenities so not much to see or do without taking a taxi or Uber. I would not recommend this hotel if you had another option.

Bait and switch from Turkish airlines. They lied and said we were going to a mercure hotel and then dropped us here. One look in the cavernous and dimly lit lobby told you all you needed to. This place is a bad hotel in the middle of nowhere. And they had two people checking in the close to 200 bumped fliers who were waiting for rooms. I called an Uber and went to an IHG property. But really anywhere you pick would be better than this. They said it was downtown. It’s not. They said it was four star. It’s not. Shame on Turkish for making some people who’ve already had a bad travel experience go through this as well.

It is a very high quality hotel and employees are very helpful, I didn’t see any problems in terms of technical and cleaning. I stayed at the hotel for a week and the view of my room was perfect. There were supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and so on, nearby. Thanks for everything.

Nice hotel with good location next to metrobus station (florya), many restaurants and coffee shops around and shopping walking street about 5 minutes by foot, room service not much good every day they keep something less shampoo, soap or water should be one of them short each day, have swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath (hammas) and sauna
