We were assigned a room behind the restaurant on the first floor. The lighting was poor, but the other facilities in the room were good and the hygiene was OK.
The hotel is 700 meters away from the Porte de Versailles metro station, which is half convenient and half inconvenient.
The service staff were generally friendly. You can ask the staff for toothbrushes for free, but they won't give them to you if you don't want them. If you want them, they are quite nice.

The room has not been cleaned every day. The coffee capsules and tea bags have not been refilled. The mini bar was completely empty. There has been a weird sound all the time. The arrangement of the light was not creating a pleasant atmosphere and the options were limited. However all employees working there were super friendly and some proper English. I will definitely book another hotel next time.
