Hotel perfecto, teníamos a alojamiento y desayuno, buffet impecable y muy variado, todos los servicios perfectos: limpieza, piscina, recepción etc

Magnífico hotel, habitación muy confortable y limpia. Todo el personal muy amable. Restaurante comida muy buena pero con poca variedad . Pero venimos muy contentos y seguro que repetimos. La animación nocturna muy divertida, tonto por personal de animación, como po parte de los cantantes.

My parents spent a few (all-included) days at Ohtels Islantilla in late November 2024 with some friends. They are senior citizens. The experience at Ohtels Islantilla was a disappointing one. The food was sub-standard for a 4-star hotel. The service was no better either (e.g. restaurant tables without tablecloth, sour attitude from some members of the staff). As for the rooms, no more than decent (how many 4-star hotels provide old-looking winter blankets instead of duvets...?). All in all, they got the feeling that they and the many other senior people in the hotel were getting second-rate treatment. Fortunately, Islantilla is a beautiful place (with lots of other nice places to enjoy the food and the weather).

Gracias OHTEL ISLANTILLA. Somos un matrimonio que estamos ocupando la habitación 230 entre los días 03/08 de noviembre actual. Expresamos nuestra satisfacción y felicidad que nos entregan desde cualquier empleado a todo el personal de comedor, jefes de sala, jefa de cocina (Mercedes),debido a mis problemas de salud. Y como no al propio director, que con su continua entrega a los clientes hacen que estos días sean muy agradables. Gracias por todo.

La verdad que para un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene muchas cosas que no lo parece.
En la habitación: las camas incómodas y muy ruidosas, el plato de ducha y la mampara antiguos y la limpieza regular. Ya incrustado el verdín.
Muchos mosquitos, la limpiadora podría echar un poco de insecticida para por lo menos ir matando los del día.
El restaurante mediocre; cantidad pero poca calidad en los productos. Los guisos aguados. Las paellas buenas. La fruta escasa, solo sandía y piña siempre , algún día melón en vez de sandía. La demás fruta incomible. Lo mejor y poco habitual el zumo de naranja NATURAL, riquísimo.
Luego lo de reciclar vasos lo veo bien, pero un rollo lo de que te den fichas para poder canjear por la bebida. Una por persona. Los camarer@s, salvo dos o tres, muy sabori@s. Estaban como de mala gana. A ver es su trabajo y no cuesta ser amable. Parecían obligados y nosotros como si fuéramos pesados.

El aparcamiento carísimo, 18€ por noche. Y no sabemos porqué en la entrada tienen tantos aparcamientos y están cerrados. Tenía que ser el subterráneo.
Los espectáculos, hubo alguno bueno, flamenco, magia, pero en un salón interior, no tienen zona fuera para espectáculos. Y en un hotel bueno siempre lo hay, tienen espacio para un escenario en el exterior. Una chica que cantó en directo, buenísima, la pusieron a la pobre en la salida de la cafetería para la piscina y allí ni se la veía bien ni se podía bailar ni nada.

Servicio a la altura de una categoría superior. Alojamiento antiguo pero cómodo. El buffet variado y abundante. Momentos desagradables en el buffet con la gente mayor de las excursiones. Admirable los trabajadores como aguantan estoicamente las faltas de respeto y educación
