Nothing is well maintained. Staff including management is not properly trained. Nobody is welcoming and all of them seem completely unprofessionals. Extremely terrible service. They are such greedy people, they recently constructed extra rooms on roof. Which aren’t proper rooms built with fibre or what idk. Room gets full of bugs especially during monsoon and it rained during our stay in those newly built rooms. And water came inside our room. Highly disappointed!

My grand daughter and I spent three weeks exploring northern Pakistan together. Our first two and last two nights in the country were spent in the Bella hotel Islamabad. What a grand hotel to be welcomed into after two long flights. I highly recommend the Bella.

The person at the front desk was super rude. I walked in with my wife and he immediately started asking me in a very rude and convicTing way who she was and that I had booked for 1 person. I explained to him and showed him the ******* booking for two people after which he was asking for our paperwork and marriage certificate which I provided. But his tone and conviction really upset me. Won’t be returning to this place again.
