Superbe séjour Superbe séjour ! Tout est propre, le personnel très gentil. Les hôtels/restaurants partenaires (Mayan Beach Club et Kin Ha) sont incroyable ! Je recommande fortement. Je reviendrai mais cette fois-ci accompagnée 😊

Very nice facilities, it is a very small hotel with just 6 rooms, one would think that for the same reason the attention is the best, however, some maintenance is missing in the rooms, and the cleaning leaves much to be desired since although they mopped the floor daily it was still dirty, in addition we had problems with an air conditioner that emitted a beep since we arrived and since they did not know how to shut it down they decided to disconnect it at reception and the heat became unbearable in the room, fortunately it was only the first day, another point that we did not like is that they told us that it had a pool when we booked but there they told us that the pool was not for the hotel guests but for the people who rent timeshares in the upper part of the hotel and it turned out that the pool for the hotel guests was in a beach club across the street, originally when we booked they also told us that they had slides in the beach club but there it turned out that they had sold half of the beach club to another hotel next door and there was no longer access to the slides, another thing that we did not like was that The hotel rules call for silence after 10pm but the upstairs tenants who rent timeshares can have loud parties without anyone saying anything and they don't let you sleep, but the reception staff was always very friendly.
