Hotels Near Cuasi-Parroquia de San Pío de Pietrelcina in Isla Mujeres

First time staying at this property. I must say I was surprised how close was to different places. First, at front desk employees were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Employees cleaning the rooms as always working hard and always willing to help. Room was clean and did not have any problems. Close to hotel you can walk to Plaza de las Americas and opposite way go to Costco. Past la Plaza there is a view of lagoon where you can run/ walk and get some exercise early in the morning. At lobby you can talk to a lady about any tours. They have tons of places to go. If you want to go into town, you can get a taxi which is more expensive. If you feel adventurous, you can take a local bus which it would cost 10 pesos vs 300 in taxi. Another way is UBER which I took many times. Overall, a great experience being at this hotel. I walked and run around this property so I learned about restaurants and things to see and do, e-mail me for any questions. Otherwise, enjoy your time in beau Cancún.

We loved Selina, we stayed in the suite for 7 nights which was spacious and gorgeous. I would have loved to give a 5 out of 5 but for half our stay we had to put up with dj’s playing until 2am, and 4am on one of the nights. We asked about a room change but would have had to give up the suite, they provide earplugs but nothing can cut that noise or bass out! My suggestion would be to stay if you want a great hostel in a great location but ask for a room that’s further away from the music, if that’s even possible.

The location is great, a 6-minute walk from the ferry terminal, the environment is grounded, clean, convenient, and friendly. Just go out to delicious restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores.

I just have to say… This hotel far surpassed my expectations! I found such a good price that I was a little hesitant as to what it would be like. However, all I can say is, I was extremely pleased, and will definitely stay here again! The staff is absolutely wonderful… welcoming, friendly and very accommodating! The rooms are large and have a mini fridge and a coffee pot. In the shower there is a shampoo and body wash dispenser. Another nice perk is the free bottled water they supply daily. They also have a hydration station to refill as often as necessary. The location is perfect! Literally a 2 minute walk from the ferry terminal, a 5 minute walk to Playa Centro and 8-10 minute walk to Playa Norte. Directly next-door is a place to rent golf carts if you choose to do so. Keep in mind there is no where to park a golf cart at the hotel. I have read where some guests have complained about the noise, but that was never a problem for us. Yes, you are on a busy street but with the air running in the room, you honestly cannot hear it. Our room even faced the street and it was never an issue. I cannot wait to return to the island and stay here again!

This was our 6th trip to Isla but our first to Izla Hotel and I would be honored to return. We booked a Superior Ocean View room with a tub on the balcony. We never used the tub. Room was perfect air conditioning worked very well. They supplied shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee and started with 2 bottled waters which increased with our stay as with pod style coffee grinds. The bed was super comfortable as were the linens. It was cleaned perfectly every day. Check in was smooth thanks to Daniel who reviewed all the documents in detail and answered all questions. Breakfast buffet was included with our room and was phenomenal every single day. From a table full of baked goods to fresh fruit, salads, deli meats and cheeses, cottage cheese oat milk oatmeal, yogurt, seeds, dried fruits, honey and other sauces, whole fruit for grab and go, hot dishes including pancakes, French toast, bacon, sausage, an additional meat dish and chilaquiles, also an egg station for however you like them. Orange juice and green juice and coffee were endless! Thank- you Josefina and Eduardo you and the crew treated us so well. Chef Lorena was present and greeted the tables from sun up to sun down. Pool chairs and beach chairs were plenty just ask for an umbrella as needed. We ate lunch beach side when at the resort the food is great! We did rent a cabana one day it costs $50 a day and your food and drink goes towards that total so it was included as we had drinks and cocktails throughout the day. Thank- you Claudia and Jimmy for looking after us on the beach and around the pool. Our dinners at Izla Café and Numa was so easy and good and the desserts were very tasty! On occasion we ate off site and sometimes we would go into Izla Café in the evenings for dessert only! Very relaxing quite hotel. We fully enjoyed our stay and will return. Great place for solo travellers. Or if you will just be coming back to hotel to sleep and shower. Fresh hot breakfast made for you in the morning. Would recommend for sure. Not too expensive given that it’s in cancun tourist area.

Muy cómodo lugar para descansar y a muy buen precio. La habitación es amplia con TV, refrigerador, aire acondicionado. Tiene jacuzzi dentro de cada habitación, lo cual considero muy mal, dado que en la isla hay escasez de agua y un baño en jacuzzi desperdicia cantidades impresionantes de agua. El hotel tiene alberquita, para ir a la playa caminando hay clubs de playa cerca, ya si quieres ir a punta Norte, un taxi te cobra de 100 a 150 pesos. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, a excepción del señor de la recepción quien siempre te atiende con cara mala. Es recomendable este lugar pues si quieres descansar, esta lejos del bullicio y tráfico del centro de la isla. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, I just had the best time here. I do want to say that I am absolutely not a resort person who goes to an all-inclusive and spends all their time in the resort, doing the resort activities and hanging out by the beach all day. I spent a total of 8 days at this resort and half of those I was out the entire day. The 4 days I did spend at the resort I mostly just hung out on my balcony (which was FANTASTIC) reading. I didn't do any resort activities, I didn't listen to any of the evening entertainment, etc. I did eat at the restaurants, which were all very very good. I did seriously enjoy my balcony, which was one of the ocean view balconies that has 2 loungers instead of a chair and a hammock (I would not have enjoyed the hammock, so this turned out great for me). I also ordered room service multiple times, which sometimes took a little while and once they messed up my order, but the food was very good, and hot, and you could order it even late at night which was nice. Service across the property was great, everyone was extremely friendly, and I needed help a couple of times with random stuff and they bent over backwards to help me out. Couldn't have asked for better service. The location is great, very walkable to restaurants and stuff, and the property is really very nice. Overall I had a great time and I would happily stay here again.
