All aspects are very good, the room is clean, there is a washing machine and dryer in it, which is really convenient, and there is a terrace.
It is more inconvenient for me personally to store my luggage before the check-in time, and the password lock of the room cannot be used smoothly.

This hostel, although a bit far from the station, but the accommodation experience is great, come to Shilu tour, just walk to see, if you don't mind walking a few more steps, you can consider staying at this hostel, there is a kitchen in the common area, you can simply cook, Tea can be taken out of the refrigerator and drunk at will. There is a tatami area for guests to watch TV. There are many books for everyone to read, um you need to understand Japanese. Very clean hostel, very organized.

I booked during the weekend. the room is clean & tidy, washing machine inside the room. have Cooking stove & oven but no cooking pan. the bathroom is good. It is about 10 mins walking to the city. Closer supermarket need about 20 mins walking distance. The owner was nice and a car park available, I think if you go the city, it is better by walk because it is hard to find out car parking and all parking need to charge in the city.

The beach is a little further away, as is the city and the airport.

Thank you for your new year trip. I completely forgot to arrange a car rental, and it was expensive, so eventually I went to Ishigaki Island without a car rental. Take the bus from the airport and get off at maeiri Higashi, and it is a hotel in front of you. It is the next bus stop of interconchi. It was very helpful because it was free of charge for rental cycle ４ hours at the hotel. I was grateful to have been borrowed the day I checked out. I cycled to Fusaki Beach (laughs) The room was refreshing and spacious. It is clean because it is shallow. Breakfast is free. it was quite good though the number of items was small. Pancakes and jam were delicious (∀｀*) You can walk to Maesato Beach, but it's not very clean, and I was a little disappointed. There was a restaurant in walking distance 々, but it's open on New Year's Day. Is it or not? (￣▽￣;) The cost performance was very good. Thank you.

CCmt1211Great service, amenities, and location! There’s a tour desk that can help with planning tours and the hotel has everything you need to have a great relaxing stay. I appreciated the little things such as disposable toiletries, cell charger, pajamas, slippers, small store, restaurant / bar, etc… the spa and bath is also located indoor along with an outdoor pool. We rented a car which helped get around the island and location is convenient to drive to the port to take the ferry if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

This time, I was traveling alone, so I saved a little and stayed in the Ocean Wing.
Since the price is different, it's inevitable that the rooms are slightly different, but is it really okay for the staff skills to be so different?
It's the same ANA Continental Hotel, right?
The staff at check-in was the worst.
Anyway, they always spoke half-heartedly and were not very clear.
They didn't repeat what I said. As a result, they didn't even make the reservation I asked them to make.
I would like to think that the other staff have more skills, but I was shocked because I was excited and had high hopes.
I also work in the service industry.
Let's put ourselves in each other's shoes and hone our skills even more.

An extraordinary experience on a tropical island. I recommend this hotel for traveling with child. I stayed here for a couple of nights in August with my first grader. It takes 30 minutes from the airport by hotel bus. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the South Wing. The entire building is on the lower floors, so you feel as if you are living in a tropical village, full of extraordinary atmosphere. I got the impression that there were many guests with children. The rooms are spacious and new. The view of the ocean outside the wiindow is very nice. The bathrooms are clean. There are two washing machines on each floor, and laundry hangers are always available in the room, which is also very convenient. Amenities are simple but well stocked. The children's toothpaste was too bitter for my child. The pool is well stocked, including a pool for kids, and the kids seem to be having a lot of fun. There are several lifeguards on duty, which gives a sense of security. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing. It is deep enough for adults to almost reach their feet, but the water is clear and the small corals? It is clear, and the small corals are teeming with fish, so snorkeling is a lot of fun. Naturally, there is a lifeguard on duty, so it is safe. However, there are many coral fragments on the bottom and in the surf, so it is better to rent or bring marine shoes. After the pool and ocean, there is a large public bath. It is not that crowded. You can wash your body well in the solty. Breakfast is a buffet breakfast at Ryukyu Shintenchi on the first day and at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN on the second day. It is usually delicious, and the kids are satisfied with the fruits and desserts. For dinner, we reserved an izakaya in town for the first day and took a cab (about 1400 yen), but it was hard to get a reservation at an izakaya in Ishigaki Island during the high season after Corona. Cabs were also crowded, and it was hard to catch a cab, probably because it was far from the town. I was worried if I could really go back home, but somehow it turned out to be OK. We had a buffet dinner at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN in the hotel on the second day, and it was delicious. There was also an all-you-can-drink menu. Even if you stay for consecutive nights, you may not get bored with only the restaurants in the hotel. The South Wing is a distance away, so a cart is convenient to get you from your room to the front desk and restaurants. You may have to wait about 10 minutes for the cart to come, so it is better to allow plenty of time for the cart ride. The hotel staff is also very responsive. I am ashamed to say that I was careless and left without my card key and was unable to get into my room, but I called the front desk and they brought it right back to me. I called the front desk and they brought it to me right away. They responded with a smile even though it was a busy time of day. I really appreciated it. GGuest UserHotel is located on the south of the island which is about 20-30mins away from the airport. It is somewhat near to the port (where the ferry services to other islands are provided) but it still take about 10mins of walking. Not the nearest in terms of accessibility to bus stops/ports/convenience stores as well.
Hotel has bikes that can be rented but you’ll need to have some application that the locals use, otherwise the nearest bicycle rental shop can be found on the way to the port. Hotel can also help to dial for taxis if needed. Room has a washing machine that works well and the drying machine is usually available for use.
Loved the breakfast at this hotel - from local ishigaki style rice, yaeyama noodles, sorbet to sashimi I looked forward to eating breakfast everyday.
Hotel is clean and also has a working electrical induction stove, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Only gripe would be the location from the port and/or most of the other local attractions located at the north/central of the island.
Generally I enjoyed my stay here and the hotel staff were helpful and kind.

吴吴The room is very small, the facilities are very old, the front desk lady is good in English, giving advice on various trips and attractions. The location is very good, go out to eat, go for five minutes is the drug store. Going to the dock is also very close, about 5 minutes. Very suitable for backpackers or self-driving, there is still a distance from the attractions. Recommended Chuanping, the beach is particularly beautiful, you can make an appointment to go diving or snorkeling in advance, there should be high visibility.

離島バスターミナル横なので、路線バスでの移動を考えている人は便利です。雨が降っても最短距離で行けます。人気の居酒屋ひとしやさよこの店も歩いて行けます。 古くホテルは生理的に無理なので、一番新しい美崎館を指定しましたが、部屋がカビ？湿気？独特の匂い（南国では仕方ないのでしょうか？）が辛かったです。窓を開けると虫が入るかもしれないし。 朝食は郷土料理もありましたが、パンの質が悪かったです。 大浴場を楽しみにしていましたが、年季が入ったお風呂でした。なぜか洗い場や浴槽下に小石？異物があって痛かったです。お湯がぬるくて気持ちよくなかったです。入り口の鍵付きのロッカーにルームキーを入れて入りましたが、おばあさんはそのロッカーに自身のスリッパを入れて鍵をかけていました。あのロッカーは靴箱ですか？（脱衣場には鍵がかかるロッカーはありませんでした）説明が書いていないので、何が正しいのか分かりません。気分が悪かったです。自分の部屋のバスタブに好みの入浴剤を入れた方がよかったです。 とはいえ、立地条件は良いので是非、大浴場のある棟を立て直して綺麗にすれば、一段とホテルの格が上がるのになぁと感じました。

KKIMIHARUIt's a little far from the remote island terminal, the bus center, and the downtown area, but it's not too far to walk. It's a good distance away, so it's quiet and relaxing. It's also convenient that there's a convenience store right in front of it. There is a large public bath, and you can choose your shampoo and other items, and they also provide a welcome drink. I think it's good value for money.

RRIEIt is suitable for both short and long stays. The location is a bit far from the city, but it is just on the side of the ANA Continental Ishigaki (walk ３ minutes), so the bus from the airport is convenient and the bus to the city is convenient. Also, I saw the fireworks at night in the ANA Intercontinental, and enjoyed the new year's day and the new year's day fireworks!
The basic amenities were firm and the bed was very good! The bathtub in the bath was also large and it was good to put the foot on it!
I booked early and stayed across the end of the year and the beginning of the year, but I was able to stay at a break that did not exceed 18000 yen for ３ nights!
I bought a ５ day Michikusa Free Pass (2000 yen) because the car rental decreased sharply in the corona and it was difficult to book! (１ days and 1000 yen) Because it exceeds 500 yen only by airport round trip, it was possible to go to Kawahira Bay via the city, and it is a fairly good ticket! In the present age when you can search for bus time with a map app, there was no inconvenience to sightseeing.
The bus stop, which is not an ANA continental stone wall, is in front of Tokushukai Hospital (less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel). It was also an airport line, so it was convenient to go to the airport & to the city!

GGuest UserThe room with a relaxing clean and liberation was very relaxing. Breakfast is buffet style and has many menu. The bath was also spacious and the check-out was slow at 11 o'clock, so I could feel more value than the price. Also, I didn't use it because the check-in time was late, but I thought that there was a large bath and I would like to use it next time. The distance from the remote island terminal is about 2 km. It was about 20 minutes to try on foot. There are Family Mart and Max Value nearby, so I think people who are not scheduled to go to downtown can be satisfied in the neighborhood. The receptionist was kind and cozy hotel.
