It was just too dirty.
It wasn't that the cleaning was thorough, but more like it hadn't even been done. It was disappointing.
The photos show the moldy air conditioner, and the pitch black bath and shower curtain.

There wasn't a particularly great view from the room I stayed in, but it was spacious and comfortable for two friends to stay in. There was also an outdoor pool, which was very exciting. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

The first few nights at the hotel were fine. It's location is not great, you really need a rental car, everything is too far to walk. The rooms are small, the bathroom is very old fashioned japanese style and very cramped. Beds are comfortable.
HOWEVER! The last night of our stay, the fire alarm went off late in the evening. All hotel guests needed to evacuate. We were standing in the rain, waiting for any information. Which did not come! There was no explanation, after 15 minutes, a staff member came out, said sorry once and sent us back inside.
So everyone was already pissed and shook up from the experience. THEN all of sudden, at 6 am, there was music played over the intercom system, waking everybody up!!
This was the most terrible hotel experience, DO NOT STAY HERE!

The man at the front desk was very polite and helpful.
His smiling and friendly service made for a great family trip.
We were able to use the pool before checking in.
The only negative points were that the hallways smelled and the air conditioning didn't work well when first turned on.
The location was perfect, with the bus stop right in front and MaxValu just under a 10-minute walk away.
Free bicycle rentals were available for up to two hours, but it was first come, first served, so we didn't get to use it even once.
Breakfast consisted of a buffet with salad, bread, curry, etc., and a plate buffet with four types to choose from, which filled us up every day.

You need a car to comfortably travel around the area. The staff weren’t very helpful, and the corridors didn’t have a pleasant smell.

There is no convenience store around the hotel, and the nearest family store is a 15-minute walk away. However, the hotel has its own restaurant, but the food is not very to my taste, especially breakfast XD

A good, clean and nice hotel.
The beach is a little further away, as is the city and the airport.
This can be solved either by public transport or bicycles, which the hotel lends out free of charge.
