Good Location with good view. Main service desk works on limited hours. Roof fan was not working properly. Was given a portable fan. No fridge no water kettle was provided.

This hotel is in a good location with a gorgeous view. The front desk was very friendly and we’re reachable thru WhatsApp if they were off duty. The rooms do feel a bit outdated and could use some screens to keep out the mosquitos. But for the cost this place was good.

Bad experience ... Stay with the family on Easter Monday 2023 .. Structure without heating, balcony door that does not close and fortunately local friends lent us blankets to spend the night. Sheets with hair and hair in both the double bed and the two single beds. We occupy the structure only late at night, even if we are told by acquaintances that already after 20.00 there is no one at the reception. Therefore we communicate the bad situation found only in the morning when we leave and the reception lady with very superficial ways simply tells us that she is sorry....
Absolutely not recommended.

Hôtel appel à être renové ! Quel dommage !
Hotel bien situé, chambre spacieuse et vue superbe avec la grande terrasse vue mer. Par contre, hôtel laissé un peu à l’abandon. Porte d’entrée qui ferme à moitié et pas isolée. Pas de climatisation donc à éviter en pleine été. Pas d’eau chaude car ballon sur le toit petit comparée à la capacité des chambres, et odeurs de remontées d’égouts dans la salle de bain. Bien pour une nuit ou deux mais une semaine pas.

Ich habe die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage gewählt, zudem Stand in der Hotelbeschreibung, dass es einen Privatstrand gibt.
Leider ist die Unterkunft in keinem guten Zustand. Es ist sehr hellhörig und da die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage besitzen, konnte ich aufgrund der Wärme, der Hellhörigkeit und der Lautstärke in der Umgebung (Straßenlärm schallt direkt zum einzigen Fenster des Zimmers) keine Nacht durchschlafen. Anfangs kam es mir aufgrund der vielen jungen Leute vor wie in einer Jugendherberge. Es gibt keinen Privatstrand inklusive. Sehr nett war die Reinigungskraft. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, aber das nächste Mal wähle ich eine andere Unterkunft.

Siamo stati in quests struttura durante la settimana del l'Ischia Safari , siamo rimasti veramente inorriditi di tanta sciattezza ambiente desolante con porte e infissi vecchi ,mura e soffitto come se erano reduci da un incendio in stanza ( sporche e grigie) tanto squallore non si può immaginare neanche in un paese sottosviluppati. Invito chiunque ad evitare di affidarsi alle foto che si trovano su booking ,perché non corrispondono a verità (evidentemente vecchie) .Ad oggi non si può accettare in un isola meravigliosa strutture fatiscenti e datate senza rispetto di un minimo di confort e di igiene e inaccettabile non provvedere neanche ad una semplice imbiancata delle pareti.Non apriamo poi l'argomento "colazione" pagata 7 euro per essere sbarcati in un bar ad almeno 15 minuti dalla struttura dove siamo stati trattati tipo mensa dei profughi .Un soggiorno da dimenticare.

Una vera e propria truffa ...l'esperienza peggiore che mi sia mai capitata , struttura fatiscente ,personale inesistente e non qualificato , giardino incolto ,sterrato e pieni di insetti ...condizioni igienico sanitari pessime ,non credo che abbiano nemmeno le autorizzazioni per essere sul mercato .Stanze con muffa ,pareti e pavimenti sporchi e fatiscenti . Foto ingannevoli che non rispecchiano la realtà ,perché ritoccate . Nessun servizio che ti possa trattenere nella struttura, infatti abbiamo dovuto abbandonare in nemmeno 24 ore dall'arrivo . Toplocatie, op minder dan 100m op het strand via shortcut van het hotel. Al heeft het hotel nood aan wat renovatiewerken. De badkamer is verouderd en wat vochtplekken, de douchekop kon niet omhoog gehangen worden. Geen airco beschikbaar (wat we wisten) maar de ventilator werkt enkel als het licht aan is, wat snachts dus geen optie is. Geen muggenraam wat ervoor zorgt dat je snacht gewekt werd door de muggen en opstond met heel wat beten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en staat klaar om je te helpen met vragen en noden.
