I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE... The room smelled like mildew and the balcony is free access for anyone that also has a balcony. The door lock was eaten away by insects or something and wouldn’t lock properly. If safety and cleanliness are important to you, do not book here.

Sono appena tornata da Ischia in vacanza 5 giorni con un amica , posti bellissimi peccato albergo Villa Maria una vera delusione ,camera senza lampadario , vetro doccia non si chiudeva lavandino incrinato il frigo bar vuoto ,e per non parlare della colazione un vero incubo la macchinetta del caffè faceva tutto da se uno schifo l unica cosa tutto pulito e posizione buona vicino al porto da nn consigliare a nessuno

I stayed at the Villa Maria hotel in Ischia and unfortunately my experience was extremely negative. We stayed here for 4 nights. Wonderful location, lovely lobby, sitting areas. Room spartan but very clean. Comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast was meat, cheese, bread, tarts, croissants, juice and selection of coffee, espresso, cappuccino or tea. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!
