Hotel Madlein

We came from one week skiing in Sölden staying in a 3* hotel therefore we had higher expectations for 4*Hotel Madlein, paying three times more. First of all, we didn't get a welcome gift, (we asked for it in the evening and got drink insted) the room we got (room 109) was very small about 19 square meters, the shower glass was broken, the heat in the common area was broken (I informed about this), and most of all they dont do cleaning daily, only put new towels, we had red wine glasses on table the whole stay. The hotel maintains a standard with great & warming staff so the service is good, the food is great and the location is also great but there are lots of hotels in the same location so this hotel is far from worth it. The spa is fine but as there is a night club in the basement there were a lot of groups having fun (naturally) so it was not easy to relax. On the other hand we loved Ischgl and will definitely come back but choose another hótel.

Wonderfull hospitality, great wellness area and sauna experience. This hotel offers a welcoming vibe, amazing staff and an incredible spa. We stayed half board and the evening meals were excellent, far better than expected. Hotel bar was for 5 + star.

The Hotel Madlein in Ischgl is fantastic! The vibe is chic but also cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable—I slept like a baby. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The Spa area offers everything you need.
